Angelina Beach Resort & Italian Restaurant Malapascua

The staff was amazing.

The refrigerator in the room was dirty.

The room (actually a suit) was perfect. The staff was responsive. The restaurant was superb.

Loved it! Super clean and nice rooms, bed was super comfy as well. The staff is also really nice and help you with all your questions.

Beautifully appointed rooms, great air con and ceiling fan, great storage, clean, airy and well equipped. Good breakfast and wonderful options for lunch and evening meals. I'd love to stay again if I visit Malapascua in the future. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist.

Great stay at Angelina. Amazing option and beautiful rooms! I had two rooms and both had great balcony and great view! Location is ideal and I was in 5 min by foot at the dive center! Great restaurant as well with good italian food!

Amazing straff, so friendly and accommodating. Because I was diving every day I couldn’t make breakfast, and the sandwiches they made for me were so good! Can definitely recommend

Great staff and location. Spacious room

There was some sort of event going on in the island, with prayers and loud music starting at 5am and the windows at the hotel weren’t thick enough to keep the loud sound out. Though I don’t take this out at the hotel. We were just unlucky with it

Fantastic rooms, beautifully designed and very comfortable. Restaurant also very good, if a little pricey by Cebu standards. Just a short walk from the ferry jetty and handy for Bounty Beach. Good breakfast options.

Not a lot to criticise - the water went off in the room on our final morning, but this was a problem outside of the hotel’s control.

Wonderful resort with location just at the beach, cosy and spacious rooms. The friendly and flexible staff managed to get us early breakfast before our ferry departure and arranged us taxi transfers. The restaurant has excellent italian food.

Good value for money, helpful and friendly staff. Close to port. The restaurant and food was the best we had on the island and we tried different restaurants and food.

The beach was no beach you could swim or enjoy the sun at due to tidewaters and a lot of glass splitters in the sand everywhere. We didn't have dny problem with the stairs to the room but I couldn't find any information about them. Others may have difficult to use stairs.

Hotel staff were very kind. Angelina, the hotel owner was such a wonderful person. Stay was nice and comfortable, overall made the travel experience completely worth it. Their Italian restaurant has the most amazing food on the island. Please don’t miss out on it!

In this 3 days i havent meet many people, but have to say a big thank you to the owner from the Angelina Beach Resort & Italien Restaurant Malapascua. Your Resort in combination with your Restaurant is very loveley . The Kitchen is amazing, i tryed several dishes from your card and they all were really tasty . The Room was amazing with view to the sea . You all, give me a feeling not leaving your place as a guest, more then a friend . Thanks to you all ? See you next time ?

Really nothing!

Great hotel. The location is perfect in that you can walk from the port, only 5 min, which is ideal with the heat and humidity of the island. Next time we will take the private boat transfer but it was good to experience the local ferry although they wait until they have enough passengers so they can be 30 min late leaving. We had some issues with the AC in our room but they moved us to another room very fast with no hassles at all. The other room was actually better for us in the end. The rooms are very tasteful and local in style and I like that there are no tvs, as who wants that when you’re in paradise. The highlight of the place is the restaurant, which is Italian. Having been to Italy many times and even living with Sicilians during University I can say that the food is very authentic. Pizza and pasta all fresh made and good service. Having been in Cebu for a few weeks already it was a nice break from the usual pork, pork, pork (ok and maybe some chicken) which is ubiquitous here. The morning breakfast is nice, it’s a la carte from the selection of items and fresh fruit. We will be back.

This is just a really nice place to be. On the beach the staff are really helpful, polite, happy and genuine. The room i had was spacious really comfortable with a large balcony.The food was excellent.All round great stay.

Close to the beach and has restaurant. We had included breakfast so convenient for us.

Unfortunately not the hotels fault but we went for Fiesta so it was noisy through the night.

Very nice and comfy accommodation for spending a vacation on the beautiful island of Malapascua. Room had a lot of space and the bed was very comfortable. Staff always been friendly and supportive, room got cleaned every day including fresh towels daily. Restaurant in the front preparing amazing food, we loved the Pizza. Location was very close to everything we needed (diving shops, little markets, snorkel spot to snorkel with Reefsharks). Thank you for the best start in our Philippines adventure.

Only saltwater shower - but as it's normal on the island it's been no problem at all.
