- The room gets crazy warm, ceiling fan doesn’t work, there is neither soap, toilet paper, or a bidet. No WiFi in the room, even though it’s advertised and the staff doesn’t speak English.
- No cafe or restaurant which was advertised
- The room needs a deeper clean as it is quite old and smelly. You have to pay for refill water which is quite steep considering it's not the cheapest accommodation for the quality of it compared to other places.

Well its cheap, for your money you get an okay room. 1 room 3 night 3000 only, on a prime island like MalapascuaFriendly
.The aircon cost 500 per room...well thats 50% the room cost, apprears to be unbalanced but maybe electricity cost is highThe garden needs maintenance.

AC would have cost as much as the room itself.It was pretty dirty
it’s okay. but the first room we had, the window was broken, there was no WIFI and no AC. but the staff is nice, they upgraded us.
