Can’t say enough amazing things about the staff! They really take the time to chat with you and get to know you. Also love that they support the animals on the island!!

It was perfect! The room was great, bed was comfortable, the staff was incredible! I would highly recommend staying here. They helped us with all our transportation needs, money exchange and the food was great too. It was affordable too.

Next to DevOcean dive centre, making easy to jump on the boat on time. Also, good bar & food quite decent (you are in a Filipino island after all).Finally, nice porch with room to relax & dry clothes. And, staff was great, great. Betcham was a world of knowledge & sound advice. Really good service.

WiFi was not working as smoothly as needed. Think about stronger signal. Also, make drinkablevwater available in rooms (glass bottles?).

Perfect beachfront for a 5-day stay. Has everything you need from restaurant to accommodation to dive shop!

Staff were helpful. Returned lost items (that could easily have been stolen without our knowledge). Our driver (Loloy) was safe, efficient and helpful. Room was quiet.

The property was in a great location, right on the beach. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant made good food and the services were good. The staff were lovely and helpful. Good value for money. Useful balcony for drying scuba gear.

The rooms were good value but on the basic side and a little damp. The aircon unit worked but loud. Towels could have been larger. Payment had to be in cash, they’ve said they are updating this.

but stairs up to room were sllipy, huge and wet. bit dangerous and also the bathroom shower was pretty spitty when the water came out!

Great location with easy access to the beach and sea; a restaurant and bar and diving center connected to the hotel, super convenient if you are diving with devocean. AC is very efficient, and not noisy at all. Room facilities are adequate.

The rooms not facing up to the sea are disappointing. No view and noisy. High steps make it difficult to carry heavy stuff upstairs.

Property is right on ocean the rooms are nice with balcony and plenty of room. Each room has a/c and hot water in shower. The restaurant was very good on the property!

Everything was a bit expensive; the dive shop and restaurant were significantly more expensive than if you went to another one similar in town. We booked diving with a cheaper dive shop.

Despite the issues I mentioned, there were still a few things I liked about the resort. The location was peaceful and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere that allowed for a quiet stay. I also appreciated that the property had beautiful landscaping, which helped create a pleasant environment.The staff, though not always consistent, were generally polite and helpful when needed. Additionally, the room itself was spacious and the bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after a long day.While there were some drawbacks to my stay, these aspects of the property helped make the overall experience more tolerable.

There were several things I didn’t like about the property during my stay. First, there was no complimentary breakfast or even free coffee, which I felt was a basic amenity that should have been provided. It was also disappointing that they didn’t offer a welcome drink, a gesture that many resorts typically provide to make guests feel more at home.Another major downside was the high cost of items on their menu. A simple cup of black coffee, for example, was priced at 50 pesos, which I felt was overpriced for something so basic. This made me question the overall value of the resort, as many other places offer similar services at more reasonable prices.In addition, the room lacked some essential amenities. There were no utensils available, which is inconvenient if you want to eat takeout or snacks in your room. There was also no water heater, which made it difficult to enjoy a hot drink or even take a comfortable shower.All of these issues contributed to my overall dissatisfaction with the property, especially when compared to other resorts I’ve stayed at that offer much better value and service.

The property was located right on beach with an amazing view. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It was hard to find, it’s tucked in between a dive shop and another beach resort. The beds were also super hard which I personally don’t like.

Great little hotel, right on the beach. Our 1st floor room was clean and comfortable with working hot water and a large balcony.The restaurant and bar are on the beach and offer a good selection of western and local food. Live music at the weekend is a nice addition. Dive shop on premises so very convenient.

Like most businesses on Malpascua, this is a cash only place, so no credit cards accepted!Steps to 1st floor were very tall, so perhaps not ideal for the less nimble!

Great location- room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but then the price reflects that. Staff was friendly and food was good.

The resort is exceptional! Staff is absolutely lovely, helpful and very kind! Food is fantastic and going there is just smooth sailing.. If you organise with them a private transportation, they will look after you ...they will even wait for you if you have a delayed flight..I have nothing but good stay and experience with this resort and only complaint I have is... I wish i could have stayed more days.. Will definitely come back

Good location, beach front, comfy bed, friendly and helpful staff, near with everything, they have live band in the front restaurant from 7pm til 11 or 12, the owner loves the stray dog which I like. I love the dogs around. They are so nice! And great resto and cafe around the area.

Great location right in the middle of the beach. Great bar and dive shop within. They arranged a private transfer from Cebu Airport and to Cebu Port which was relatively seamless.

Cash only - but that wasn’t clear until we were already there.
