Lovely staff, great breakfast, huge room, excellent location

Really good location on the most beautiful island in the Philippines. This is the island for exceptional scuba diving / snorkeling.

Walking distance to the market, the manger recognized that not all was good, (no power in the room for 4 times) and compensated me for that

There were power outs in the room, and the bar girls, seems nice, like most, will try to get u to spend on over priced drinks ( like most).

The one reception lady was very nice and helped us with having our breakfast packed for our very early dive. The balcony was nice and had a drying line too which helped a lot. The view to the coastline was also amazing.

Unfortunately, not all staff are very helpful or do not even care. The air conditioner went off sometimes due to circuit breaks. We had cockroaches every day to take care of and might found the issue that they come out of the drain. However, the other lady working there did not really care to know about it. The Wi-Fi was so bad, that normal working was not possible and it was suggested to work in the public area in the night with no air conditioning. However, when we tried, the Wi-Fi in the public area was also not good enough at all to work. This all would not be such a big issue, with the advertisement, pricing and availability would reflect reality.

Water leak from the sink in the bathroom so the bathroom floor was always wet

What little time I actually got to spend there was nice.

Well, typhoon Tino didn't help matters any, but I'm supposedly going to get my money back.

Great location, amazing sunset views from our room. The staff are excellent, they helped with everything and were very friendly. We would not hesitate to come back. Also great breakfasts.

Five minutes walk to from the port. Beach fromt where you can relax. Near restaurants and souvenir shops. Staffs are nice too.

Very good and kind staff. We booked a large bed but they updated our room for free into 2 large beds. The free breakfast was very good and there was a huge portion. I will recommend this resort to my family and friends ?

Right in the front of the beach and many resorts around , food to eat, activities most of all tge staffs of the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

The toilet/bathroom needed upgrading.

Old hotel but still ok. Staff in that hotel is so disappointing, poor customer service, i suggest to teach the staff on how to handle customers and guest during breakfast not just always saying “sorry”.

The area is perfect and the staff is great. The room is comfortable and clean. They gave us a free late checkout.

Please check your electricity system, I got an electric shock when I grabbed the shower head. Internet available but not from the rooms

Bathroom smells very bad like overflowing sewer. It was very slippery.

Can't beat the view and location. Loved the 2 double beds and spacy room. Good aircon and wifi. Great breakfast and drinks.

We got the fan room and definitely wish we had booked an air conditioned room!!

This is such a gem for Malapascua!!! Gorgeous staff, so friendly and go above and beyond. Would 100% stay again!! Even got us breakfast ready at 5am before our dive!

The location is amazing, the hammocks are fantastic to chill out at the beach without getting sunburnt. It is close to many restaurants and you can walk there from the port. The breakfast is nice, you can choose a dish which will be prepared for you then.

The sheets had stains, the bathroom was very old. The room seemed smaller than 24m2. But it still is a very good deal for the price!

Little noisy during night and if divers go for early dives, one will wake up also

Initially I was placed in bungalow 9 which is no better than a 10 foot sq concrete cell with no views and non working shower.After three days of this crap , I had booked a deluxe bungalow. I requested a move.The room they moved me to was okay.The sink plumbing was non existing.So everything just went onto bathroom floor.There is no wifi except in reception which in this day and age is unforgivable.Overall very poor I will not be coming back
