WiFi not so good in room toilet didn’t really work

The place was quiet, and the staff was really nice. There is AC and a Fan and a place to dry clothes.

The room was small. The internet was not really good (we had taken this hotel because we wanted Starlink for remote working) and did not really reach the room, so we had to go to the reception space, but then it was really noisy. It's not a place to remote work.

Perfect and central place, clean and comfortable, nice stuff. Totally recommend

Easy to find. Family room with two bunk nefs, ok for 3 or 4 adults. In front of market so lots of options for meals close by. Rack to hang clothes and towels outside the room.

Hand Soap and shower gel dispensers hard my dispensing anything. Very noisy due to proximity to main road.

the room is relatively is clean and the bed is comfy, super good and central location too which made accessing things easy. staff are friendly too and the room is huge for our party of 3, lots of space on the property as well

there’s no wifi in the room, you’ve to go out to the reception to use it. the toilet could’ve been cleaner

Our room was double booked so we were upgraded to a much larger room for free.

Facilities could improve a lot, especially the bathroom. The soap is useless and the shower is rusted. Not even a glass to put your toothbrush. Roosters are loud too so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend.

This looks to have been a very nice accomodation some time ago, very big room with a porch and sofa there where you can stay and enjoy the nice courtyard. The thing is that it is kind of old already, AC is noisy and old, the faucet was leaking, showerhead is rusty. Location is really good as well as it is right next to the central market where you can find places to eat!

Facilities could definitely use a refresh, especially bathroom and AC!

Good sized rooms with good aircon, hot showers, and a balcony with view over the garden. Location is right by the market, so there is plenty of food options around, and within walking to both the port and the main beach with the dive centres.The cats living in the garden are adorable, private, but super friendly if you want to pet them!

Small point: there was not enough soap or shower gel in the room, and they didn’t refill them during cleaning.It’s a bit of a walk to the beach (~5-10 mins) so not perfect if you’re wanting to spend most of your time there.And the community hall behind the hotel can get pretty loud. We were there near Christmas time but there were parties almost every night. To be fair I think you hear parties wherever you are on the island, so it’s not just an issue with Starlight!

Some rooms didn’t have fridge and tv’s. I travelled with my grandkids and it’s very important to have those appliances.

We had a very good time at the Malapascua Starlight Resort. Sandra, the owner is such a nice person and helped us out with variouse things. Furthermore, the rooms and the whole place is very comfortable and clean. The resort is located directly at the marked and a short walk away from the beach. Nevertheless it is quiet calm. We also liked the cute little cats that belong to the place.

The eatery is just outside the hotel, making it a great place if you arrive or depart earlier than usual.

Wifi is slow to nothing inside the room.

Clean environment

Power interruption, doesn’t have strong Wifi and Data Cellular. That I need to stay at the bar place to get signal. Lot of mosquitoes even if we keep door closed all the time.

+ Room was spacious and clean, big shower, nice bathroom, rack to dry clothes and swimsuits, nice garden :) + Owner and staff are just lovely + Perfectly located at 3 minutes from the beach and next to the market where you can have delicious and cheap meals!

You feel like you are part of the family for the time you stay there. Nice staff. We felt safe and welcomed. Loundry was also possible and good.

AC was noisy but at least it was possible to turn it off.

Right in the town center, in front of the Market, and still very silent. The bed is wide and comfortable. They let us leave the bags in the reception after check out. There is a hanger outside the room for wet clothes.

There are almost no surfaces to leave your stuff and not much space in the room. The bed is against two walls (top and left side), so it's only accessible from the right side and the top blocks the plugs. Amenities were minimum (one 3-in-1 soap in the shower). In general, quality was not good.
