Natee The Riverfront Hotel Kanchanaburi

location is close to night market & Bridge. My husband liked being able to take a bath as other hotels we stayed at had only showers. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Nice river view. Coffee was hot.

Very dark, not enough lighting in the room. It was rather old but it is difficult to find newer hotels in this town. The breakfast choices were limited.

Check in, friendly staff (although sometimes they struggled to understand my requests in English), room had a nice view, nice and quiet, location central, great Vegetarian rest on street beside restaurant

Window in bedroom backs on to walkway/outdoor hallway to other rooms so didn't feel I could keep curtains open.

My only issue was the poor WiFi. You continuously have to resign in. When you sign in it connects to 2.4g which wouldn’t open anything on my phone. You then had to resign in to the 5g. This would allow you to open apps on your phone but at very slow speeds.

Everything is good. The room is spacious and clean, the jacuzzi was really a plus point. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The gym and reading room is dead ? couldve utilize the space for something else. But i understand if that’s not their priorities

The receptionist name Dear had excellent customer service and went out of the way to assist us .

What was suppose to be a king bed was 2 twin beds adjoined together. There was no garbage disposal bin to be found , only found in the rooms and the toilets.

What a location…right on the riverfront with some awesome views from our balcony! The big bath was a bonus in the room for the wife! Great location with it being only a 10 minute walk from the station!….oh I forgot…the included breakfast, just WOW!

Excellent views, location, price, and staff was very helpful.

Some have left reviews that its outdated. It could use a bit of new paint on the floors but those comments are petty compared to what the hotel has to offer.

Wait staff at breakfast was exceptional. Egg station was excellent and cappuccino was creamy. Btw, the food choices tended to be healthy, salad bar was great as were the grain breads.Gym felt private as the hotel was empty. The pool was fine but the view from the 7th floor was worth the extra 800b that should have been... well u get my point

I still feel its wise, especially on a weekday when the emptiness is apparent and why I come during the week - to upgrade as a way to create a return customer. Again I understand the hotel needs money HOWEVER managers need to weigh future gains against a minimal gift to a local

Jacuzzi works wonder and the river view is wonderful. Breakfast is also outstanding.

To be honest I could not find anything I didn’t like about this hotel.

The A/C that is facing my face on the bed it's not really cool and we can't sleep without it if not too hot, will be nice if could change it. Also the noise of it it's quite strong. The breakfast could also be a bit better the choices are a bit poor.

The location

When we first arrived, we both said wow as it looked amazing, however that opinion quickly changed. The room was ok but not much hanging space, it was very dirty on the floor near the bathroom sink and there appeared to be alot of vermin droppings everywhere.The breakfast was poor, most of the food looked dry, the coffee was nice but we had to get this ourselves, the staff just shouted that it was ready (very odd). Staff overall weren't very helpful and came across as rude. When we checked out we were told to stay there whilst the room was checked and then when they returned just said you can go! No hope you enjoyed your stay or have a safe journey. It was all very odd for Thailand. As mentioned the floor was filthy and I used several wipes to try and clean it a bit but it needed a deep clean.The only positive the views were stunning, but you would get that same view in any hotel along the river.It was the most expensive hotel on our trip but the definitely the worst. We wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Staff were above and beyond and were helpful when they had to change our room when the air-conditioning wasn't working Location and lots of eateries close by

The pool was great, but it was hard to access with the rocky edge.Breakfast is downstairs and needs handrails to support older people

The view of the river

Our room 403 the air-conditioning didn't work very well at all, nor did the refrigerator. However the staff were very understanding and change our room to 405.

We stayed just the one night, traveling through. The jacuzzi was fabulous… just what’s needed after a long day travelling. Beds were extremely comfortable Breakfast was great too. Such a variety for all. Highly recommend having a night cap- cocktail in the little bar that leads up to this hotel.

We didn’t have enough time to try out the pool!

Generous room space, clean bathroom, hot shower and good water pressure.

Liked everything about my stay swim up room was fantastic the only thing I would say is the swim up rooms need pool towels in the room rather than having to swim across and down to the resturant will return soon loved the hotel

The view was amazing, would recommend a room with a balcony for a view over the river Kwai Swimming pool is excellent as well Staff were also accomodating
