Beautiful hotel in a lovely location by the river Kwai with extremely helpful staff.

Scenic views and good hospitality

Refrigerator was not working.

The pool was so lovely at the end of a hot day. The view from the room was amazing. Breakfast was nice - buffet on weekends and pre-ordered main course with buffet add-ones on weekdays. The room was very nice and the mattresses were comfortable- much softer than most of Thailand but maybe a bit firmer than North America.

They didn’t always restock water and pool towels but the staff got them for us immediately when we asked.

The view is lovely, the room is big enough, staff is friendly.

The bed is terrible, very hard mattress.Breakfast was ok, except the fact that they force you to pre-order your food a day in advance, and commit to certain hour to come. Coffee was bad, maybe should think of buying proper coffee machine with real coffee.

Where to start.... Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and river, the room was huge with lots of natural lighting, large balcony. Bathroom was nice with a large bathtub. Location on the quiet side of the river but only a few minute ride and your into the town, 5 minutes from the famous river kwai Bridge. I will definitely be returning in the future.

My only negative is that the bed was a little hard, other than that it was a perfect stay

The location on the river is very peaceful and relaxing, with well kept gardens. The breakfast was very nice. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

We originally booked a room with a bath and changed it once we realised these rooms are located on the 4th floor up 6 flights of stairs. Beware that the rooms with a bath do not have a shower. It is a bath only. The hotel agreed to shift us to a ground floor room which was much appreciated.

The river view is beautiful and the location is easy to get around.

Breakfast could be better as you have to decide a day in advance what you would like to eat. In the room, not having a remote for the ac and having to control it at the entrance is annoying in the middle of the night. The hotel will benefit from having a bar or restaurant in it as the scenery is so beautfu. Exl

The shower was in the Bath and the lead was too short, so had to kneel in Bath to have a shower.

Nice comfortable room with beautiful view of the river. Quiet setting. Good breakfast. Great location. Great value.

It could do with an elevator!

No elevator, not able to change room on a different floor without some reimbursement

Nice pool area with sunbeds, hammocks and a beautiful view of the river.A small walk away from the main street that had decent night life with plenty of bars and the superb vegetarian restaurant "On’s Thai-Issan Vegan"

It would be nice if they labeled vegan options at the breakfast buffet. There were few veggie options and no plant based milk.Brochures in the room promotes tourist facilities that are abusive to animals. Please instead promote places such as Somboon Elephant Foundation who has a great elephant museum and only do hands off! There were little flies everywhere including in the room and in bed. Downside of staying by the river I guess :)

Nice location on the river.

Unfortunately a lot of noise from the other side of the river with tree cutting and a loud concert to after midnight.

A modern boutique style building with built in problems. It is next to the river and is in a wooded area with no neighbours. About 0.5 km. [over the river] to River Kwai Road with its bars/restaurants area.

It's on 4 floors but doesn't have a lift [this detail should be highlighted]. You have to go up 3 steps from the road to the reception, then down 3 steps to a 'sunken garden' then up 3 steps to the rooms section and down 3 more steps to the riverside terrace, [this could be flood defences as it is on the riverbank]. When we arrived the staff were helping to carry an elderly lady in her wheelchair, down/up/down the steps. The t.v. seemed to have mainly Thai shopping channels.

Amazing views, location and breakfast! The outside pool is a must use for your stay in the evening, where the sunsets on the river making for amazing scenery!
