X River Kwai

Great concept, location, food and staff! Well managed. Our floating river suite was nice and comfy.

Some noisy tourist with not-behaved kids and the bad smell of the waste water system, especially in the room.

Everything, the room is spectacular, the breakfast was amazing, not cheap but worth it

The staff didn’t know to answer questions about the hotel or the menu, but they were nice

Food is delicious. Really recommend the restaurant inside the hotel “The bridge”

Smelly bathroom

From checkin until checkout all the staff and facilities perfect. Staff friendly... Breakfast best in my experience. overall was good.

The scenery, the room and the provided kayak right behind the room. Rooftop bed is great for stargazing but we're unfortunate as it was cloudy for our entire stay.

Absolutely stunning villa and stunning view. Loved the location on the river. Beautiful scenery and nice and quiet because it is not in the city. Service was excellent. They even bring evening tea to your room!! So cute!!

Location e fine for relax

Room was not clean, smelled of urine. I had to pay extra to change rooms. Furthermore, the resort is not 5 stars as mentioned on booking dot com; no gym is available. Booking dot com needs to evaluate stars before mentioning in website..... misguide.

The fallingwater pool villas are stunning, private, spacious and immensely comfortable. The restaurant served delicious Thai staples like Green curry and fried rice. Their mango daquiries were stunning - I had two.

There were a lot of trainee staff on the 2nd morning and breakfast wasn't running smoothly. Our orders were taken but didn't come out and on one occasion, we had to check if it was forgotten (and it felt like it might have been as it came out after my partner had finished his meal).

Stunning accommodation on the river Kwai, breakfast was great and we had several evening meals in the restaurant which were also excellent. Enjoyed using the kayaks and bed very comfortable.

The property is isolated which we knew but just be aware you will need a taxi to get anywhere and the cost is inflated by the hotel.

View is great. Rooms are ok.

All extra stuff is really expensive. Food is also really expensive. No fun stuff to do for kids (only a pool)In the night the room gets full of smoke smell from the outside burning.

The waterfall villa was incredible what a place !The pool , the rooms , the views.

We were staying as a family, which I know probably isn’t really catered for , if there was an option to hire a stair gate for lounge area. It didn’t bother us though as for our other 2 this place is a dream come true. And we only staying one night.

The hotel is in an idyllic location and the hotel is stunning

All staff were so friendly! Food was amazing and the surroundings are so relaxing. The floating unit was very unique as you could go up to the deck and enjoy star gazing at night!

The accommodation was very clean and all the facilities were present as described. The resort is very quiet and welcoming. The staff is absolutely brilliant and will help you in every possible way. We really want to thank any of you for our unforgettable stay.

Location is very far from nearby town, so if you don't have your own vehicle, your only bet to reach town is to call their overpriced cab service. The usual app doesn't work here.In order to compensate for this accessbility issue, hotel Menu can be even bigger

Kayaking is fun, private pier right outside the room is awesome
