U Dee Room and Coffee Hotel

No breakfast was provided. This hotel is on the edge of the outskirts of town. The room was clean. Check out was easy. I left the key on the shelf downstairs and I wrote a note on booking.com with a photo of the key on the shelf.

I could only pay for the room in cash. They did not accept credit cards. You have to check in at the cafe. The cafe closes early. I was trying to seek assistance with getting a set of bath towels. I ended up messaging the hotel through booking.com. Towels arrived promptly, but the worker kicked open my front door after I accepted the towels from her. I don’t know why she kicked open my door, but I was not happy about that. There were no bath towels in the room. I didn’t feel safe walking around after dark so I stayed in the room overnight. There is so much signage against prostitution and gambling in the room, so it seems like it would be an issue. I wake up in the middle of the night to noise in the hallway, but then I didn’t hear anything once the people went into their room.

check in was great... but if you were a late arrival you would have to arrange key pick up as reception closes at 530pm.breakfast good value 100 bahtstaff very good. spoke english.close to bridge and restruants.

Hotel looked newly renovated. Just outside main bar areas so nice and quiet.I did not have the breakfast but friends of mine did and it looked plentiful and tasty - 100 baht for a large English/Aussie breakfast.

The towels were a little too thin for my liking but they did the job.There was an extract fan in my room that came on when I switched the lights on. Made a bit of a noise and I couldn't see the point as it sucked out the cool air from the air con.

Good location, great staff. Speak good English and very friendly. Had coffee on several occasions in the coffee room and it was good. Cleaning staff will make up room on request, just request before 11am. There is no lift but not an issue if you are able bodied. Aircon is good,large flatscreen TV. No coffee making facilities in room, but not an issue for me. Shower is basic but does the job it’s required to do. Not much space for clothes etc but if your only staying a few nights it’s not an issue. I had a great stay here.close to all the restaurants and bars ( 5 min walk ) another 12 mins walk to the Railway Bridge or for a few baht jump on a motorbike taxi.

I stayed for a couple of nice and enjoyed it! It's great place if you're not looking for a luxury stay but still want to have a clean room! Close to the centre and walking distance to cafes and food places! I had a really spacious room with a balcony. Bonus points for the fridge. I don't remember having a kettle in the room but luckily hot water was available for the guests.There's no reason to complain about staff not speaking English, I was lucky and had a staff member who spoke English well and was helpful! But if there should be any communication problems you can always use google translate, Thai people are very good at that!

Great location and the staff was welcoming and nice.The room is pretty basic and was very clean.You can buy a great coffee and cookies at the coffee place down stairs.

When you turn on the light in the bedroom the vent is automaticity turned on as well. it's noisy and no way to stop it beside turning off the light.The room was a bit small for all our bags.

The staff were very friendly and there was a room available for us to check in even though it was only 10.30am. The room was basic but neat. There were toiletries in the room too. The air conditioning worked well. Nice location between the bridge and bars and restaurants.

The beds were quite hard and the pillows very soft. We asked for more pillows but they only had one spare. The balcony was nice but there was no furniture to sit on so couldn't use it.

First of all, the staff are lovely and really nice and helpful ❤️ we made the reservation by mistake for one day later than we were supposed to and they helped us and sort it all out.The place has a really cute cafe place with really good drinks ?? the rooms are cozy and clean.The location is really good, close to a lot of bars and restaurants, but still the hotel is quiet ??

We preferred the double bed, but the twin bed were also ok..Nothing worth mentioning :)

Good Central location for everything also very nice family, try the home made cookies and coffee also they make downstairs in the coffee shop, Great place to stay!!

Really nice room that was clean and comfortable. Well located near to the Bridge over the River Kwai, the museum, and the cemetaries. Also doen the road from the lively area with lots of bars, but far away enough that there is no problem with noise. Super friendly hosts and delicious coffee served in the cafe downstairs.

Great location, clean room, dark, quiet, good Aircon, small balcony, good beds and bedding

The location was perfect for attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy. Staff gave some helpful suggestions at check in. Room was extremely clean, spacious and looked after. The bathroom and shower were good. Water refilled daily.

The balcony wasn’t a balcony you could sit at.

Nice clean and spacious room. Plenty of toiletries. No hairdryer in room but they provided one on request. Staff were helpful with recommendations for renting a scooter. Good location close to many restaurants and a 7 eleven

Nice big clean and comfortable room with a fridge, when we checked out to stay somewhere else for a couple of days we came back after and stayed here again for another couple of days, the people who own it don't speak much English but they are very friendly and lovely people. It's in a good location right by lots of bars and restaurants and 1km from the famous bridge and museums. Would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning unit leaked quite badly, all over the TV which was a bit worrying! The bathroom could do with a little modernising. There is a balcony but it's a little pointless with no furniture.

Great location comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and tried to book another night but they were fully booked.

Budget price but acconmodation very comfortable in a very good location. Big bed....great sleep after a long day and a few beers ?Daily maid service on request.

The host of this place was absolutely adorable. So kind and polite to us. The rooms were just as described, a good size. Our rooms were placed next to each other which was perfect for us. The aircon was great and so was the water pressure. We had a balcony which was great;the extra space really helped us dry clothes that we washed. The coffee and cookies downstairs are REALLY good, do try if you stay here!! Location is good and it felt very secure. Free coffee tea and hot water is also offered. Room was cleaned and restocked each day!

I cannot fault this place

The staff that doesn't speak English is really friendly and helpful. It is not that far from the center.

The receptionist, when I arrived, behaved like I was asking her for a favor instead of paying.And she rolled the eyes every time I asked her a question.
