The food and Staff were very good

Very nice little hotel right on the river and with nice gardens. Rooms big and clean.

Areas right down by the river could be cleaner and better kept.

Wonderful- our 4 time on annual visit. Excellent breakfast buffet. Landscaping with many orchards in bloom everywhere.

The place by the river is nice with a beautiful garden outside to relax at the balcony. The price is good. The provided bicycles for guests was wonderful.

1. the electric plug in the toilet by the sink is quite dangerous especially with kids, it's very easy to splash water by accident. It would be better to install a cover for it at least it stays closed when not in use.2. The food for breakfast has very few options, it would be great to provide more food choices especially most of your guests are from western countries. A coffee machine would be great as well.3. The pool is a bit small and soooo hot during the day.

A little bit old

The suite was very nice with a great view of the river. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel grounds were gorgeous and the food was very nice.

For some reason I thought that the suite had its own private swimming pool, but it didn’t. The balcony overlooked the pool, which at times made our room feel less private.

Breakfast was good. Small pool but great view with the view of kwai river. Room is spacious and the bed is super comfort. The staff were very nice from security to room service.

Very helpful staff. Superb good food in the restaurant. Clean and spacious room. Swimming pool overlooking the river. 5 min ride to the center of Kanchanaburi.

I have stayed in many hotels around Thailand and I will say this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in.The staff are very friendly and helpful and the gardens are absolutely immaculate and beautiful.The food in the restaurant is very good and better still the prices are the same you would pay outside which surprised me because most hotels over charge..Met the owner and she is a lovely lady.

Nothing to dislike

The service was impeccable. Good free breakfast, and the resort was quiet..The staff were lovely. Very beautiful spot on the river.

Little bit far from town.

The atmosphere is peaceful and filled with greenery.

The entrance is set far back from the main road, with no convenience stores nearby, making it inconvenient without a car.

Lovely big room gardens are beautiful it was quiet and close to many restaurants the staff were friendly and always smiling

The value for money and the view of the river

A hotel with basic rooms and a simple breakfast

Loved the place! Simple clean cozy the staff is always (!!!) smiling and helping in everything they can. The location was good for us because we were with a car, 12 min drive to city center. We loved the pool with the river view, also the restaurant is wonderful, on a rainy evening we chose to stay there and eat there and this was a great choice, great food and great service.

The only thing I can say is the mattresses in both the double and single beds, very hard. Having said that it didn’t change the good experience.

nice hotel next to the river, we had booked a suite with a jacuzzi overlooking the river kwai, which was amazing. Staff is very friendly!

The wifi is a little patchy sometimes. The breakfast is good, but could use a few more options. The beds are a little hard.

The bed was comfortable and staff was lovely.

The restaurant was limited and lots of mosquitoes and mideges. Restaurant staff did not understand allergies or the difference between still water and soda water.

Pool, room view and very friendly staff. Free kayaks and bikes. Lovely gardens and relaxed ambience.

Hotel needs updating as was very 80's in decor. The breakfast was average and the english tea only had 2 teabags in a coffee pot so was extremely weak - I did mention to staff but nothing happened.
