Great hotel with friendly and super helpful staff.Comfortable and clean rooms and and excellent breakfast!The receptionist booked us on a one day City Tour which was fantastic!

There’s not a lot around the hotel itself but staff arrange taxis to assist.

The food was quite good but little choice in the meals.

There were no English spea,king television channels.

Good clean and comfortable hotel.

A little too far from bars and restaurants. We didn't stop for breakfast as not much choice.

Only few vegetarian breakfast options, WiFi is not reliable with recurrent disconnections. Towels were exchanged daily although not necessary and not on the ground.

The staff were super nice, accommodation was near bus terminal, which we appreciated on day trips out of Kanchanaburi, but little bit far from the centre of the city.Breakfasts were delicious and various.

It could be a little bit cleaner, in the bathroom were some hair and a little bit dust.Wi-Fi didn’t work well.

WHAT a lovely hotel and great staff. The breakfast is only 100 Baht and is also highly recommended. The room included water and was very comfortable. There is a food night market close by for great food

Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and have all necessary facilities comparing to its price. Breakfast is ok and quite various; rice, bread, porridge, eggs, sausages, milk, conflakes, drinks etc. Location is in the city.

Being away from the centre of Kanchanaburi did mean you didn't have immediate access to tourist attractions.Noises from outside easily carried and could have been disturbing especially as it was a relatively quiet location.

The facility was clean and very easy to find. The staff I had encountered were very kind and helpful. I felt very much taken care of. For example: one night I felt uncomfortable due to homesickness and other and I went down to the reception. The men behind the desk asked me about my wellbeing and talked with me for a while until I had calmed myself. I felt much better after this encounter and although it was not something special it just shows how kind and goodhearted the people there are.

There was not much to do at the hotel. If you wish you stay at the hotel for some time being you may stay in your room or else there is nowhere to go. No Restaurant, bar or community room. Without a car or a taxi it was fairly difficult to get around, but that is more so due to the location and city in general. Going somewhere by foot is not very common there, so better rent a car or book a taxi.

The breakfast has more choice, taste was good. Friendly welcome. The location is in town that convenient, then able to walk around in the city. Also, close to the place for city walk, such as The Sky Walk of Kanchanaburi, where beside the Saiyok River, the new landmark of Kanchanaburi.

A modern hotel, with comfortable bed, decent shower, and nice breakfast. A good night market for food is just five minutes' walk away.

Wifi was awful: virtually unusable. I reported this to reception on first morning but nothing was improved over the following 24 hours before we checked out.Despite the name 'Serene', there was a very loud and incredibly bad singer in the outdoor area on one of the nights, not sure if this was supposed to be entertainment or what! Otherwise hotel was quiet.
