The room next to the stairs was a bit noisy

A fantastic tranquil hotel on the banks of the River Kwai only a few hundred meters from the bridge.Excellent breakfast and the restaurant food is great also. We’ve been at U Inchantree many times and will certainly be back soon.

The hotel has a wonderful and beautiful view.The breakfast is varied and delicious.All the hotel staff are cooperative and friendly.*I forgot my AirPods, and they contacted me after I had left the hotel and delivered them to my next place of stay in Bangkok at no charge.This is truly exceptional service and a level of honesty I have rarely found in many other places.*

The room’s interior lighting is dim, and in my opinion it should be brighter.Also, the lack of a dedicated drying rack for clothes is considered a negative point.

Can walk to Bridge over Kwai but still remote enough to enjoy peaceful tranquility of river. Can see train coming over bridge in the morning from breakfast area (07.00 hr). 7-Eleven is a 10 minute walk.

Love the restaurant by the pool. Beautiful scenery of the river Kwai. Moreover, there’s very lovely hotel staff named “Songkran” who helped us a lot during our trip.

Since the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, we had to deal with a few issues in the room, such as a leak from the bathroom ceiling and unpleasant odors. The staff addressed these matters immediately and were very attentive to our needs.Breakfast was varied and excellent, served until 11:00 a.m., which was very convenient for us. The hotel’s location on the riverbank was lovely and created a very pleasant and pastoral atmosphere.

The place has a stunning view and a very quiet environment. The breakfast was amazing—I couldn’t stop eating! The staff were kind and attentive, with great service minds.

The room is a bit too dark for me; I would appreciate having more light.

This small boutique hotel is small enough to get personal attention and big enough to enjoy large ground area to relax. Awesome breakfast or any meals by the river.

They allow 24-hour use of the room, which allows prior guest to stay until evening.We arrived at the check in time but cannot check in.We okay to wait and come back at the time in the evening and still have to wait for the room.However, the staff management was great, they offered complementary drinks and one plate of dessert at our own choice to eat at their riverside restaurant which was great.

We have chosen this hotel for our trip to Kanchaburi are. It is less than 10 minues walk from the Kawai bridge /market and there is an amazing and famous Thai restaraunt 3 minutes from there. A very nice terrace with a river view. Separate bedrom/living room -which is convinient for the families. Matches 4*. To sum up - a very convinient hotel to spend 1/2 evening during your trip to the area.

Not much. A pool was a bit dissapointing -small and not welcoming at the evening.

We stayed for 2 nights in July and really enjoyed our time at U Inchantree. The location is ideal for a stop between Bangkok and Erawan National Park.We booked a Deluxe Garden View room, which was incredibly spacious, clean, and quiet. The king-size bed was huge, though the mattress was a bit too firm for our taste. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated in the heat.The gardens are beautifully lit at night, creating a peaceful and charming atmosphere. Breakfast was exceptional — great variety, good quality, and served with a stunning view of the river.The saltwater pool is pleasant and refreshing, although a bit on the small side with too few sun loungers available.The staff were absolutely lovely — kind, welcoming, and always helpful.Overall, a wonderful place to relax and unwind in Kanchanaburi. Highly recommended for a short stay!

The staff, atmosphere, gardens, location. Tried their best to support my wife’s gluten free diet.

Well, only that there’s only stairs to head up to your room on the second floor. We travel as a family with one kid. Imagine that there are 3 bags+ and all other belongings. We needed to carry everything to our room. But the staff helped out very well so I guess it’s fine. Credit to the staffs.

The view of the river, the Kwai bridge and mountains in the background was stunning. Breakfast food was high quality with Thai and Western options. The pool was lovely and clean and there is an enormous old mango tree shading the main path area. It was dropping little ripe mangoes while we there.The rooms were impeccably clean, stylish comfortable.

The only mild inconvenience was that U Inchantree is a little far away from the main part of Kanchanaburi town and you need to wait a little longer when ordering a Grab due to its location. It was too hot to walk the distance when we visited in April.

Nice setting on the river, restaurant and seating areas right on the river with a view of the bridge. Nice comfortable rooms. Location is quiet on the edge of town but easy to 5 min ride to restaurants, bars and markets.

Rooms with a view of the river would have been nice, but the majority of rooms just have garden views ( but nice gardens )
