The Location, the Breakfast, the Staff who helped us to get the Room changed as there was no Air-conditioning in the room we got 1st.The Room we got later with good Air-conditioning excellent ambience

The hotel was near the river and the staff was excelent.

The hotel is dated, we had a water leak in the bathroom that left the floor constantly wet. When I booked through booking .com the hotel was advertised as having a restaurant but only had breakfast available.

The property is located on the Kwai River in a beautiful location. The swimming pool and surrounding area was stunning. It was very peaceful and the pool and seeing was very comfortable. Comfortable beds and nice warm showers.

its a Thai family run resort and is old and ageing but its location is ok and central to most tourist attractions and very quiet, it is in a picturesque area backing onto the river Kwai, it is a low budget resort and is value for money. with lots of new resorts popping up all around the Kanchanaburi area, it is hard for them to maintain a large resort like this in such a competitive market, but it is Thai owned and run so i would rather support the locals then the conglomerates, i would definitely stay there again.

a little bit old and needs a bit more maintenance done but it is low budget, so you get what you pay for.

Cottage by the water, lots of space, good breakfast in the fresh air, large parking lot and possibility of parking at the cottage

It's loud, the sounds of the disco carry down the river, boats sail during the day. I know the hotel has no influence on this but it loses a lot because of this noise and hotel owners should talk to the organizers of the discos. On Friday it was very loud and late at night.

All you can eat Breakfast was excellent.

It was hard to get a ride. There was not a lot of Grab. If this resort provide a ride with the same price as Grab so people can go anywhere they want to explore.

Location at the river

Distance to Katchanaburi. You need a car.

Floating accommodation on the river was wonderfully. We would dive in at all hours

The place was not clean, Animal droppings in the corners. The ladders out of the river could have been deeper. Was sometimes a struggle to climb out. Very remote location. They could call taxis, but it wasnt cheap.

I have booked river side room and charged for that. But I got room at 3rd floor.

we liked the location. beautiful, large territory, friendly staff. But we were unlucky with the weather, it was raining and we couldn't stay another night, because the bungalow was concrete and it was very humid, damp, and it was hard to breathe. In general, everything is fine, the breakfasts are excellent.

Great location right on the river and great pool and fantastic price

We stayed in one of the raft houses right on the river, the veranda right on the river is perfect for relaxing and watching the river life flow by.

The bathroom needs an upgrade it wasn't the cleanest, but the shower was excellent with good pressure.The WiFi in the raft houses is not good and we couldn't get a signal.

The location and river view of the property was ok. The pool looked ok. The breakfast was just ok. The staff were nice. BUT....

The room on the water are terrible. Extreamly outdated. Nothing really works correctly being the tv, the a/c, and the mini refrigerator. The beds should be set on fire cause you do not know what has been in them. The doors allow not only drafts, which don't help the awful air conditioning, but also allow insects & bugs in. The main hotel rooms were ok, but over priced, outdated, and need not only the beds to be replaced, but also the support frames. And the plumbing, specifically the toilet...good luck getting it to flush without over-flowing. Sorry, but never again.

Big room and okay to take our two dogs.Good location next to the river.Good breakfast and plenty of it.Very quiet.

Bathroom could do with updating.
