Low price. Breakfasts are included and are decent.

Staffs are not experienced. Can't expect much from them. We needed a taxi to town (5km), grab didn't show any cars available at the time. The frontdesk contacted a car for 500 baht (grab price was 100 baht)...

I don’t like building L, M, N, O, P because there is a lot of smoke from waste burning, smell is very strong and come into my room. I and my family really couldn’t sleep well all night. The best rooms are building G H I J along with the river side.

Amazing huge territory! There are a lot of beautiful locations for photos. We were impressed! The staff is very attentive and caring! The rooms are large and beautiful with access to the garden. The hotel has left the desire to return again.

Good size rooms and very peaceful surroundings. Comfortable beds. The staff are very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony over the gardens is calming.

The water pressure in the shower is very low and the hot water doesn't last long enough for 2 people. The air conditioner looses power during the night.

It is far from the center of town. Grab and Bolt will not pick up at this location.Lack of hot water in the shower. Tile and grout needs attention.

Close to the location of choice for our gravel bike race, clean and comfortable

The road to the hotel was not the easiest to find, and the dogs that roam those roads can be aggressive so would recommend driving there (not walking or cycling). Slightly dated exterior and interior but it functions

Poor water pressure, unable to set shower to steady temperature, very weak flow. Mattress overly firm (typical for Thailand).

Lived the location and the hotel grounds. Very spacious and kids lived the bike riding

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again

Very nice setting on the quieter side of the river, but with a view of the bridge. The pool is good and the rooms are nice.

A lot of stuff needs renovating as it’s completely run down in places. It could be a really amazing hotel if they put some effort into restoring it.

The resort is beautiful. Swimming pool is huge, there are 2 swimming pools. The river view.

The shower had no pressure. Old shower system, the pressure in the sink and bathtub were ok.

The Felix was a great place to stay, enjoyed the room (although the view of the river was obscured), and the pool. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pool facilities great. Breakfast fantastic. Cleanliness of hotel and outside area great.

Booked a room with no shower in the bath. Was told they change the picture. We booked because had many problems other hotels with shower in bath. Everything else very good.
