Have lift and clean room.

In breakfast room have some noise from other customers of hotel.

Staff very good . Rooms big and comfy. Air con good Breakfast poor , just cold fried rubber eggs , very pale sausages with no taste, thin white toast and jam. Instant coffee, and powdered milk. disappointing

Large room, hot shower, great air con, car parking free, great qty shampoo and shower gell.

It was all good. I would come back.

Small garden in front, a very good restaurant beside and 7-11 nearby.

They used to have delicious Thai curry for breakfast but now only bread, sausages and porridges.

Friendly staff, clean room and choice in breakfast (toast or thai, with coffee and juice). Walkingdistance (15 min.) from trainstation, nightmarket and temples

Close enough to town and in a quiet location.

The staff were very nice

It's 15 minutes walk to the center on a road with no sidewalk. The breakfast was just cold fried eggs, sausages, pork mince rice, bread. Nothing else.

Free breakfast OK, staff very friendly including free minibus to the station. Not far to monkeys etc.

A bit of a walk to town.

The hotel never responds to messages on Booking.com and their email is fake, I was in difficulty upon check-in.The staff and the costumers are indifferent to your rest and sleep: every morning I was woken up at 6-7 am by their voices and laughter in the corridor. This is very disrespectful.I turned off the air conditioner (extremely noisy) because it made me sick: rhinite; nose and respiratory tract infection.There are three girls at reception who are polite but too lazy: glued to their mobile phones, withdrawing from effective communication. They are very uncomfortable.My self, English is absolutely not my language, but I made the effort to learn it. Instead of spending their time on the Internet and social networks, I advise them to overcome their laziness and this unless shyness, to learn at least 1 sentence in a foreign language.

Had a breakfast limited choice they had cooked 30 eggs at a gues, they where cold . Had the ability to keep them warm as well as the sausages but they did not the only thing that was being kept warm was the rice .eggs could of been cooked on demand the cook was sat at the table .

Considering the price, a luxurious room. I stayed in the VIP room that had a balcony with a sink for doing the laundry - more hotels in SEA should offer something like this. The room was relatively quiet, shower and air conditioning were working very well. The location is outside the city centre, near the highway, but it makes it convenient when you are travelling by car and even by foot the city centre is just 15-20 minutes away.

The Japanese restaurant under the hotel windows can get a little loud and rowdy when there are events, but they usually put an end to it fairly early Breakfast selection could be better but was entirely satisfying to me personally. So no actual complaints.

Very nice hotel, everything is clean, breakfast very good. We arrived with bicycles, could leave them in the lobby. We enjoyed our stay here!

Pleasant

I wouldn’t call it a resort. Just basic accomodation. Breakfast wasn’t good. Our room was just next to the train. Very noisy.

Easy to check in and out. Staff were helpful and patient, and we were able to get by with English. Very basic but clean, spacious room. Large shower, bottled water, WiFi and great AC. Has private balcony with outside sink - easy to rinse out clothes. Power/plug sockets by bed.No laundry service but there laundromats fairly close. It is right next door to a great bbq restaurant, a cafe (great food but very slow service) and just a 2min walk from 7-eleven. Can easily order Grab app food but not so much Grab taxis (can get motorbikes). It's easy to walk into town, about 10-15 minutes. Easy to go and see the monkeys and temples.

The shower and bathroom tiles could do with a deep clean. The room is so big, but there's not much in it so it echoes. Quite noisy - could hear everyone talking and walking past room. One of our rooms had a lot of ants, but we told the staff who sorted out the problem quickly.There was only a thin sheet over the mattress topper which felt like vinyl, and it tended to slide around. There's an elevator but you have to go up some stairs to get to it, it goes to the 3rd floor then you have to go up some stairs to get to the 4th (not too many but fyi for accessibility).Brown towels (instead of white ones that you can tell are clean).
