Breakfast was delicious - we like Japanese dishes and the breakfast buffet had a variety of items. Restaurant staff is friendly and seating was quick.Rooms were clean with comfy beds and pillows. The Hida area woodworks were nice accents and touches.The onsen bath was wonderful with the perfect water temperature for a relaxing soak.The in room washer and dryer unit was very convenient to do laundry. Laundry soap was provided by the hotel. Hotel is a 5 minute walk from Takayama Station.From the hotel, it is about a 20 minute leisurely walk to the Morning market.
Beautiful property. The onsen and footbath were great perks. Super convenient location next to the train/bus station and a short walk to nearby sights. Great breakfast. The dinner was good too but a bit spendy. Friendly staff and clean rooms. It was nice having laundry machines in the rooms!
Beautifully appointed. Spotlessly clean. Had in room washer/dryer! Fabulous spa/onsen. On site restaurant but many restaurants steps away. And loved the pajamas so much we both bought a pair.

Great location, to all the beautiful walkable sites. Very nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms. What we loved the most was the onsen.
Wish there were water dispensers on every floor for refill water, despite the faucet water is drinkable.

The location is perfect, 3 mins walk from the train and bus stations. We stayed on 8th floor, great view to the city. Lovely onsen facility.Had a relaxing stay.
The hotel does have large group bookings. It can be quite overwhelming at the lobby when big bus arrives.
Nice location and clean room. Also great to have a washer/dryer in the room to do my laundry.
Location was just next to the JR Takayama Station. Great eateries nearby. Modern hotel with complete facilities for an excellent stay. Coffee machine was spoilt and repaired almost immediately. Police station next door gave a sense of security
