Cons -
- The 4 person room was a bit small for a family with two tall teeangers. The parking lot was not huge and needs some skills to park with the snow piles.
- Bathroom is bit small. Lift spolied when we reached and hubby needed to carry all luggages to 4th floor. Lucky they repaired it quite fast. Need to pay for bath fees.
- Quite shock when i find out that my room were without the shower area. Anyway, no issue as the onsen area were come with all kind of water spa facilities.

Great location and a fun atmosphere. We were arriving by bicycle, and because it was raining allowed us to check in very early, which was so helpful.
