Onsen is great, too bad they only have one outdoor onsen the other one indoor.Staff is friendly and able to give you reccomendation for what to eat around the hotel.They have 7-11 next to the hotel.

The room is outdated, very old building.You can find the room a bit tiny and not that clean if you look carefully.

I liked the location of the property. The Onsen was a bit small but it was not crowded when I visited so it was fine.

It was very dated and not very clean. Our sheets and bedding had at least 8 hairs that were not from us, the chair in the room was very stained as well as the carpets. It was very disappointing.

Friendly staff, nice onsen facility, 4 min walk to the train & bus stations.

Room was a little dirty & dusty. The bed was very firm so keep in mind if you're accustomed to a more Western style bed.

This hotel is in a great location. It is a five minute walk from the train station and you are in the heart of the city in minutes. Great food options nearby. It does have the spa (though this is a pretty standard Japanese bath, no hot tub with jets or cold plunge).

The room was modest in size. Pretty tight for two people with two pieces of standard carry-on luggage. Mattress was very firm, and not very comfortable. There was a big tour group at the hotel and the breakfast was ok - not great, but there was an automated coffee machine that had a line of people waiting to get a cup. If you are going to bring in tourist groups, you should have a big coffee dispenser with java ready tto go.

Very nice room. Clean and modern. Onsen is excellent. Nice views, very spacious.

Out dated room that was worn out and hard bed . Didn’t feel it was worth the rate .

- relatively close to all the main areas for day time and night time- lovely modern onsen on the top of the building with nice view of the mountain- fully functional room, perhaps a bit small for western standard but seem to be normal room size in Japan.

- this is not a complaint, but a suggestion, a relax Area / a few chairs for the onsen where one doesn’t need to change clothes will be nice and enhance the spa enjoyment.

Lovely well positioned hotel with rooftop onsen and a fantastic breakfast buffet that included good coffee and western and Japanese dishes. Air conditioning worked quickly and kept the room at an even temperature over the night — perfect for sleeping. Personalized pillow choices were fun. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Rooms were a bit squishy for a couple, mostly because the beds were tight against a wall. Beds were definitely too firm and need a topper or a probably a full replacement.
