Location close to train station.Staff (Ken) very helpful in dealing with a problem I encountered with the safe.

No laundry facilities

The hotel was located close to the train station and convenient to the town center. In-room amenities were excellent and the staff provided excellent service. The private onsen was great and even the common onsen is tattoo-friendly which is a plus.

Perfect location, less than 10 min from the train station and the old town. Beautiful wood design, great breakfast, spacious rooms. The onsen on the 9th floor was an absolute treat after a long day of sightseeing. This was our favorite hotel of the whole trip! Strongly recommended!!

Location, cleanliness, room size and the staff

located 5min walk to the train station and walking distance to town. Loved the Interior design of the Hotel, all wood works. Very nice spacious room, comfy beds, great hot shower and the usual kettle with their drip coffee pads. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer blue Jakata PJ's which I used to go up to the Onsen. The onsen on the roof is very nice and modern, but has no city view. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Maybe I missed it, but there had been no other amenities products on hand.

Well located near the station and walking distance to town. Beautiful new boutique hotel—loved the design and use of locally crafted wooden furniture and design elements throughout. Great layout for the rooms. Really enjoyed h the public bath on the roof! Sad we missed out on what looked like a great breakfast to head to the morning market.

The hotel had a lovely calm energy. We enjoyed a night cap in the warm and cozy bar at the end of the day. We loved the short distance to the train station, which made it super convenient for a two night stay.

The rooms were great. Beautifully designed and spacious. The spa facility was also excellent.

Easy to the train and bus station. Breakfast buffet and dinner at Hobar was plentiful and delicious. Decor of the hotel was lovely.

A bit far away from the historic district.

It was very clean and very sleek looking. The rooms were comfortable.

You can kind of hear the trains but wasn’t to much of an issue. A bit of a walk to the morning market but wasn’t too bad. If you don’t plan on using the onsen they maybe it’s not worth the price?

Hotel is close to the station. Even with such location it is quiet at night (probably, there are no trains after 23:00, or room windows are good enough).One of the biggest room during our trip. Amenties are fully covering our needs.It has great onsen with perfect temperature. Good breakfast with continental and traditional options.Staff is friendly and has good enough English

Room decoration is really beautiful. I didn’t expect about the decoration but it’s beautiful. Our room has artistic pictures. Breakfast is good. But I think onsen is so-so.

The location is super convenient from the train station and to all local sites. Ultimately we asked to move rooms since our view was of the train station. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and put us in a much better room that met our expectations. The room was fantastic and the view of the mountains was lovely. We reserved the private onsen for two nights and it was wonderful.

I loved the pajamas and there were none available for purchase, unfortunately!

Very clean modern hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful private onsens that you can rent for 45 minutes (4500 yen) in the morning for the current day. The best breakfast that we had so far in 2 weeks in Japan, lots of choices and good quality. Location is very convenient to the station and bus terminal.

Beautiful intimate lobby with a lively bar/restaurant. The woodwork throughout the property inspired me to bring home our hand-carved bird.

The chair in the room was obviously a handmade local piece of furniture but was very uncomfortable for a small adult.

Really happy with our stay here. We were gifted a free hour in the private onsen on check-in, which was fantastic. Breakfast is 10/10. Room comfy. Perfect location. Highly recommended.

Hotel is busy, bit of queue at check-in, we were on second floor by elevator so could here noise in reception/check-in desk - but it wasn't an issue.

Comfortable and attractive room; good amenities; great onsen. The hotel is also centrally located.
