This hotel is super convenient. There probably isn't a more conveniently located hotel in Takayama. It's immediately next to the train and bus station. When we arrived from the train we walked maybe 2-3 mins to our hotel. We took a bus one day to the mountains it the bus station is probably 30 seconds walking. The room was big and well-stocked. It was comfortable for 6 of us in one room. The staff at the desk were friendly, and there were a lot of complimentary things available like coffee, toiletries, etc. The bathroom was nice and big and allowed for extra space to store our luggage. Separate bath/shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer.

Some of the pillows were a bit hard; stuffed with straw or something. A bit odd.

Spacious rooms, comes with washing machine and other ameneties. Friendly staff as well

Nothing at all

As it says it is a residance so it was quite big with everything you needed from fridge to washer. The Restaurants are very near, the recommendations they made for dinning was perfect. Very happy to have stayed there

One very small lift.. very hard for luggage or waiting just to get in.Limited hot water usage on a daily basis but can be managed with a small family or couple.

Basic place for a night. May be more suitable for longer stays as there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Easy location very near train station.

No lobby space, not even a chair.

Will be staying here again ! Very good value for money . Room was nice and clean , big refrigerator and you can cook if you wish . Also beside bus and train station . Will definitely stay here again !

Great hotel! The room was very spacious and fully equipped with everything I needed: two beds, fridge, kitchen, microwave, and even a washer/dryer. The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the station. Everything was perfect!

Being literally next to the Takayama train station is very convenient for those who travel by train. It is also next to the Nohi bus center with buses going to Shirakawa-go. The room is spacious with the washing machine and kitchenette separated from the bedroom which also has a tatami table big enough for a meal. The lady front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Big room with washer/dryer, conveniently located near the train/bus station. Most attractions are within walking distance except HIda Folk Village (recommended) which is a short bus ride away.

Good location. Good facilities. a bit on the older side but everything in working order.

Only one side table. No lights next to the bed only the bright light above the bed. And it was not necessary to change the sheets after one night and also throw away the slippers and leave new ones in the room. They have a washing machine with a drying function that according to them, take a long time to dry the clothes so they suggest to air dry them but don't offer a drying rack and there are only 6 hangers in the room.

It is a full apartment, laundry with soap, almost full kitchen, great air-heat-cool control nice separate toilet/bathroom. Staff barley said a word. Gallon of water every day as gift

Daily cleaning weather you like it or not. Beds a bit hard. Kitchen barely enough for 2 people. OK they try but you can hear the bus announcements starting at 5 am.

It was close to Takayama Train Station. The room was spacious and clean. The busy part of town was just a short walk away. The gals at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating.

Though you had access to an onsen, it was a 10 minute walk away.

Lovely, helpful staff. Luggage storage is easy. Kitchenette very handy. Comfy bed. Big closet.

No bedside lamps. Bit dated overall. Can't get s streaming services on TV.

Close to the train station; restaurants and sites of interest are in walking distance. Spacious room, all amenities were there.

Just a detail: Coat hooks close to the entrance might be a nice-to-have.
