Excellent service, professional and courteous staff and really good breakfast choices. Rooms and grounds are comfortable, pretty and refreshing.

This was our favorite place to stay on our month long trip! Loved our upper garden suite — beautiful room and view, great comfortable patio, big bathroom, architectural features. Lovely. All the little things were thought about— drying rack, fan, basket for the pool/beach, coffee/creamer/sugar, umbrella, vanity kit, everything you could think of!The staff could not be more amazing or helpful. From the very first minute, we got there, the women at the reception were absolutely wonderful. Cold class and yummy lemonade were provided. A thorough tour of the room and amenities. The manager/owner robin was fantastic as well and very helpful with recommendations, etc. The food at the restaurant and bar was delicious and good value. We hate every breakfast there as it was included in our room price and we were not disappointed! There are dogs and cats that live at the resort and they were delightful

I really can’t think of anything that I did not like about this property. The beach is beautiful, but definitely a working beach for the fisherman and locals. Very fun to watch everyone getting ready in the morning and lots of people came there to watch the sunset. It was very entertaining to sit at The beach bar and watch all of the shuttles go back-and-forth to White Island.

This was just amazing! Truly relaxing stay. I really recommend to try tai massage. We stayed in lower garden room, the open bathroom was wow. Also I really recommend to have dinner in the hotel, kitchen is very tasty. Lunch options are a bit limited, mostly nice small bites. Hotel offers free pick up/drop off from/to airport in case of booking more than 5 nights. Staff and owners are very attentive

Beautiful beach resort, well maintained and with excellently trained staff. The food was fresh and prepared well. We booked a tour of the island and it was a great day, made special by Janice, our guide.

Superb restaurant! Love the spacious sitting area in the Catarman room(pool villa). Love the decor. Fantastic spa service. Top notch staff! Very professional.

Villa with the pool has a family of sparrows sharing the room which is fine except the bird droppings get into the sitting area and the pool! Probably a better thing to take out the blinder box which houses the family of sparrows.

Gorgeous hotel with all you could ask for. Staff was super helpful, gorgeous grounds and very comfortable room. Location was super convenient very easy to get transport to nearby restaurants.

Massage was just ok, restaurant menu was a little limited. Since the hotel was so central though, we were able to find lots of other options.

Not ideal if you have elderly folks with you. There is also construction ongoing.

I am exceptionally grateful for the overall service we received all throughout our stay, especially with our unusual circumstances when we arrived. Alessandra and every staff we had the pleasure to interact with were warm and accommodating. I’m looking forward to coming back to Balai sa Baibai.

The check in was very welcoming. staff was informative. The property was amazing and great location. The owners were very nice and friendly. we had a great conversation. I highly recommend this place

well kept. loved the cozy room with our own swimming pool and outdoor patio. just wished I could stay longer. Valentine’s Day 5 course dinner was great in spite of a power outage. They went above and beyond to make it happen. great work guys!

How close you were to the beach and the view you got while dinner on the patio.

You can hear everything going on around your room. We were located next to the dining room and could hear the people eating as well as staff walking around the room outside

It was such a lovely, peaceful, relaxing place. The rooms looked and felt more high-end than their price, especially the garden villas which had their own spacious balconies and even a pocket lily pond. The staff was AMAZING. Just such a wonderful overall experience.

They didn’t have lunch service and had a small menu, so the choices were limited. For people who don’t really want to venture out of the resort (transportation isn’t the easiest on the island), it means repeating food. That said, everything was tasty and the portions were generous so this isn’t a deal breaker by any means.
