Dormy Inn EXPRESS Sendai Seaside

The cleanliness of the hotel was well above expectations. The location to the outlet mall was very convenient.

The website says you can get tattoo covers from the desk for the public bath but that is not the case. We were told when we checked in we couldn't use it at all. Kind of a let down when that was one reason we chose this hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel has spa facilities.

Location is too far away from railway station. No bus connectivity

Onsen is good , free coffee

but the TV cannot connect youtube and all information hidden in TV .

Very good hotel in a strange location, in the middle of an industrial estate. There is a train service but it is about a 30 mins walk there. Some really good facilities, breakfasts were really good mainly Japanese, remember to have bare feet.

The room was very clean. The staffs were very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel around Sendai. It is very to get around. You definitely need a car. We loved the onsen after a long day of traveling. There were some popsicles, yogurt milk to drink and soba noodles for free. The room was small as the Japanese style but it was very clean and roomy. My kids loved this hotel.

Great onsen and the free noodles were really nice and easy while traveling with a kid.

The onsen was so nice. The bed and room was perfect for us. The staff was so helpful and kind.

Maybe pillow could be a little softer.

The onsen is the best feature of this hotel. The free things are also nice: free water and small snack in room, free coffee, free ice cream and free ramen at night.

The walls are thin, you can hear people above you and every kid running up and down the hallways.

Comfortable bed. Extremely nice onsen. Free ice cream. Good breakfast.

The beds were comfortable.

I was on the top floor but all night there was banging on the roof like someone was walking and slamming doors above me. My friend in another room had the same issue. My shower head also would not stay facing me and I had to hold it in place the whole time. You can't eat the breakfast with shoes or slippers on.

The onsen, the free ramen and ice cream in the evening make this a wonderful place to stay on a budget

The walk to the train station is long and inconvenient. Plus I got bit by a bed bug...

Love hot springs! If you got a car probably better to get around the area. Have outlets nearby great shops and food courts. walking distance, but we were there when raining and windy. Clean room, big comfy bed, helpful staff and free ice blocks for kids free washing machines just pay for dryers.

We’re in quadruple room, entry, toilet, sink and shower all together in same spot, not good layout.

The room is comfortable and clean. The onsen facility is quite good with both indoor and outdoor pools. Enjoyed the free ice cream after having a soak in the onsen. Didn't have the chance to try the complimentary noodles though, which is also available at night. Free parking onsite which is convenient for those driving.

The air conditioning is not strong enough.

The bed was far too soft due to obviously overuse. It was not possible to fall asleep, which is very frustrating especially the most basic and primary purpose of booking accommodation is to sleep. I think the hotel has an urgent need to update its amenities. Without a proper bed, there is no point to provide extra such as noodles or probiotic drinks.

Overall hotel environment and services are good. Just a few minutes walk to a big outlet.

Near around the hotel just the outlet. Nothing more. Mainly good for staying one night in Sendo for middle stop.

Kanazawa dormy inn had cotton yukata/ clothing/ more natural feel slippers. K dormy also had ikura )my fab) but not a complaint!
