The hotel was surrounded by lush green trees and beautiful nature. The fresh, clean air was the best part, and the private taxi tour we took was wonderful. I truly loved the mountains and the natural scenery. The staff was very helpful & kind.

Right next to a very good mall. It’s 40 mins drive to the centre of Sendai, but that didn’t bother us, we had a car and we were seeing lots of places around Sendai.

I didnt like how far it was away from the train station, but its not like the hotel can do anything about it.
I loved the gardens and the space inside the hotel as well, the local area which was great for walking and running. Very relaxing place.
There could have been more coffee, tea and milk in the hotel room. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get a cup of tea and I had to go to the front desk and then the kitchen to get some milk. I love my tea!

Old school operation style.
The rooms were huge and clean. Hotel grounds are expansive and the children enjoyed exploring the area. The hotel's design was done in European style and the children loved the quaint metal key. Housekeeping staff were really good as the rooms were clean and they helped the children retrieve something they couldn't find. There seemed to be some activities too but we didn't manage to join them. It's also nice being right next to the outlet mall and another mall.
The hotel is a little dated but well kept. Just be sure to keep the room key properly as we almost misplaced one and the penalty is hefty.
The junior suite room and toilet are very big. Location is conveniently located with premium outlets just walking distance away.
