Good location, good meals, helpful staff,Very clean and neat, nice stay

Everything was okay

Clean room and bathroom. Functional air conditioning. Should keep more tea bags and coffee sachets in the room. Should provide 2 bottles of mineral water for the 2 guests.

Limited menu in the restaurant. Choices for breakfast were very little. Kerala parotta served during dinner was cooked earlier, heated, and served to us. This was not good. Curry served was tasty.

Nothing is good.

I called the property on the morning of 19th April, and the management told that there were no rooms available!They had given off our reserved rooms to someone else. I was with my family and had to arrange something in the last minute.

Restaurant. Taking too much time for a coffee. It took around 45 minutes for 2 coffee and 2 dosa.

No kitchen service till 9am.....so not even a tea till 9 am....... breakfast to be ordered from another nearby hotel...lunch onwards is available

The night reception was not attending my call when I called them to report that my a/c was not working.

The ambiance and location of the hotel is nice

The only thing was that there were no snacks or breakfast facility. We had to go out for this.

Good central location. Good spacious and well maintained rooms.

No restaurant at the same facility.

It is in the centre of Irinjalakuda. It is easy to get transportation, also enough parking.

Location was excellent. Away from crowd still close to market. The room had private balcony, quite big and spacious. Ample parking space. Towels and toiletries were very nice. They have Bar (AC and non AC) on the first floor.

The price. I had booked single room for myself. On checkin - I was told that it was a Non-AC room, which I was not aware. Then they offered me a AC room (single occupancy) for Rs.2300/-. plus taxes. There is no restaurant facility. For breakfast you have to go to other restaurant.

The location is very good and easily accessible and convenient

There is no restaurant in the property, after the Corona pandemic. It would be good to restart restaurant services

Room spacious, neatness, staffs and room cleaners are very good ?

Some electric switches were not working as properly so one wall light couldn't able to turn off ,Very old Air condition made noise

Taps not working properly. No sound proof. Poor wifi.

The location was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room size was decent. Tea/coffee maker and ironing board provided was very useful. The staff members were very helpful. Room service for dinner and tea was quick and efficient.

The bathroom did not have proper ventilation. Breakfast was not available at the hotel. We had to order it from a nearby hotel . The delivery time for the same was more than 30 mins which delayed our planned trip for the day.

Toilet was not clean. Proper bedding was not provided for the third occupancy. Charged for three occupancy, but water per day one bottle only. I was told that kitchen opens only at 8am in the morning, therefore we had to go out for tea.

The standard room did not include AC, they charged 820₹/day for activation of AC.This too did not work on day one. Hence I paid for one day AC use. Checked in at 11.30 pm on 28th and checked out by 8.30 pm on 29th October 2022

Location

Linen (bed sheets and pillow covers we’re not changed and they were dirty and stained. Need to call room service to remove and replace them.
