No breakfast served. Not at all happy with staff. Did not show the room, bec they have no time. Just gave the key to me and asked to hunt for the room. No lift. Being a sr citizen found it very difficult to climb the steps to the "second floor". Will never visit the hotel again. Came to know, it was a bar converted into a lodge.

Staff was rude,didnt even want to change sheets which were dirty. Very adamant on what they said and didnt want to listen to me. Hidden charges by cab booked by hotel.

Booking.com says there's a breakfast option but there isn't, there is not even coffee or tea. There are no facilities other than Coca Cola, Sprite and water.

It is in the city and the price is not too much. The room and the bathroom were clean.

I stayed there three days. First I booked for a day and extended two more. Not once did they ask whether the room needs to be cleaned. Nobody came for cleaning. The staff at the reception were well-mannered and I am sure they would hve arranged for it if asked. But that is not how it should be. They should send people. may be the hotel is not meant for such stays.

smelling toilet. bath room and front door has damaged locks. no coffee or other room service. no call taxi service. bad behavior of front office staff. room rent is 2330 shown in sites. but front office lady collected 3000 from me.very bad experience.

Location convenience to temple

- no hot water- not suitable for family- just a resting room standard- Rooms not as shown in images - very small, old type- Flies inside room- blankets not cleaned properly- no proper ventilation - felt suffocated- not worth money

Only the staff were polite

No water was kept , we had requested late check in n had a confirmation from the hotel but staff at counter did not accept. Room only 1 big tubelight no small lights, bathroom fittings nothing to keep things like soap, no plug points to shave etc . Linen very old torn n not clean car park facility poor

The triple room provided is too small to accommodate the luggage of three people. Toilet is renewed but the towels are centuries old. One can hear what other guests talk in next room.

Booking.com confirm the booking without GST, but the hotel collects GST extra. No breakfast

Stayed for little more than 8 hours only. From 9.30 PM to 5.00 AM. Good location. Amenities were good. Value for the amount spent. Polite and helpful Manager. Woke him at 3.00 AM for hot water, without hesitation woke up and switched on the centralised heater.

No mirror in the room. No ample parking space. Cannot park more than 2 cars.

Helpful and caring front desk. Great location. Everything at walkable distance. Clean rooms.
