The place was very stinky, the rooms were dirty more than you can imagine. The white bath and face towels used were brown, the bathroom was stinky smelled like it was never cleaned. The rooms smelled similar. Beds were worn out and old

I went to the hotel and I was told that I will be given only a room without an Aircon. Being a four star hotel I was shocked. I did not stay there and booking.com need to take action for these type of issues.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms were tidy and well-furnished.

There's no restaurant. Even for a cup of coffee, we had to walk some distance.

The rooms were spacious but apart from the space there is nothing much to offer.

Electric appliances including AC were not fully functional. The AC tripped and shut down the power supply. We were in the dark for few hours without realising that it was a tripped circuit. Finaly the AC was switched off and had to manage with fans. We had booked a suite room expecting luxury and comfort but it was not the case.

Gernal manager he is cheating with us, becouse we booked 2 room in 2400,but that day he is getting more than 5000 for room rent ,so he was disturbed totally,he maximum refuced all AC,wifi,hot water ( for hot water i called reception more than 6 times)

Room size is good We booked 5 ac rooms all are at same floor lift is good we are all senior citizens from Delhi But there is no servent to carry luggage Wifi is working in the room working in gallery only

Staffs were helpful.late night check- in was done nicely. Rooms were neat, all required facilities provided. Location is good, 10 min walkable to temple.

Rooms was spacious. Electric kettle with tea coffee sugar bags were provided. Checkout time extended for two hours.

The hotel was located on the main road but a bit away from the temple. Rooms were good and spacious. Well maintained property.

The property did not accept credit cards.
