No option to order food from their restaurant, only coffee or tea or milk

Cleanliness and hospitality of the staff.

Only drawback was parking was full and we had to park our car 6 mins away from the hotel.

Location: Near to West Entrance of the Temple, located in Outer Ring Road and hence very convenient.Cleanliness: Very Neat and clean.Friendly Behavior of Staff: Very Kind and friendly (incl. House Keeping staff)

very well maintained hotel, for the past 8 years. has always been neat and clean. complimentary coffee in the morning. walking distance from the temple. This time, happened to meet the MD of the hotel too and conveyed our pleasure of staying here.

It was a very clean and neat hotel. The reception people were so helpful. Temple is at a 3min walking distance.

They didn’t give us room. After booking, one day prior to travel, they call and informed roomIs not available.

The thing i didnt like the property was the payment option and the final amount. While i was booking, it was mentioned that the property booking is confirmed and the payment will be done at the property. The amount shown at that booking was 8000 rupees. But while i was checking out at the end of my stay, i was made to pay 8400 rupees which was a difference of 400 rupees. They didnt agree with the offer pricing booking.com had provided me. I would sincerely like the property to abide by the rates that booking.com provides so that users do not get confused during the checkout process.

I really liked the hotel’s location and appreciated the unlimited coffee available during the morning hours.

Despite receiving a Booking.com confirmation and multiple welcoming messages from the hotel (including one just hours before check-in asking if we needed assistance — to which I replied we’d need something to eat, and they even confirmed “well noted”), we were shocked to be told at arrival that there was no booking in my name. They blamed it on a system glitch and left us stranded with just an apology. Even worse, they prioritized other guests who had booked the same way, making us wait for over two hours. Eventually, they offered us two poor options: walk to a worse partner hotel or stay in a room right next to the noisy lobby. We were forced to take the latter. The confirmed rate was ₹2575, but we were charged ₹2884 due to their failure to find the booking. The bathroom smelled terrible. And when we asked for coffee — after all that waiting and stress — they shamelessly asked us to pay instead of offering it as basic courtesy. A completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Everything is excellent- the counter staff is very courteous, smart and soft spoken

I didn't take BF in the hotel, I liked the location...

AC cooling can be better in room 407, Noise in the room bcos of road side.. I have requested for a early check of 2 hrs, a day before they said OK but when I went by 2.30 just 30 mins before room was not ready..

The room was a bit cramped for space. Getting from one side to the other was a bit difficult

Service was excellent and facilities very good. Proximity to the temple was much useful. The buffet breakfast also was good.

Room is very small.. The bed cannot be accessedby second person easily. Myself,being a sr.citizen,found it difficult to lie down and get up.
