Location is good

No food facility, Premises looks gloomy, If you don't have more challenges in the current situation do maintain the premises a little bright. It will be good, attractive and give peace to customers. The location is comfortable with family. All the best.

I wouldn’t visit this place again

the AC was not working. We had booked for an AC room. Upon informing the reception, he informed us that AC and non-AC room cost the same. There was no drinking water provided. No working kitchen and all. Its a good place, but it needs maintenance and some hard work to make it at least considerable for recommendation.

This is near to Guruvayoor temple, good for a budget stay.

The building is very old, not highly maintained. The washrooms are very small and not that clean.

Very close to Guruvayur Railway station 5 mins walk .. and Guruvayur Sri Krishna temple is 10 mins walk , a must visit Maamiyur temple is also 14 mins walk.. from the property.Room Clean prick and neat , tidy and spacious with a separate living room tiny kitchen, toilet and bathroom are very clean and tidy room lightings are excellent, good hot water facility, the resort itself is in an residential neighborhood so calm and silent atmosphere, all rooms are named after Important rivers of India, free open space to relax for kids and family , swing and relaxing huts, lovely garden , it has dining and common area , buts it's under renovation, nearby is Sri Parthasarathi Temple. The owner is humble and gave us all information. If you happen to check in at early hours the caretaker mobile number is fixed on the main gate to contact.

The location is very close to the railway station situated inside a residential area, direction signboards could have been kept for easier in locating the resort. Renovation works was going on.

Very near to guruvayoor temple.
