The facilities were lacking behind on modern hotel facilities especially for the price compared to other hotels in the state. The cleaning was not ok since I received a used unclean towel
The Dinner options were good, however breakfast options were poor. The quality of food served during breakfast was also poor. There was no buffet breakfast available.

Bath room was not cleaned and no hooks provided for hanging clothes, toiletries items inadequate, Hot water kettle not cleaned properly and no napkins provide in the dinning table. Bedsheets are dirty and pillow cover too. Am a regular customer of your hotel this is the first time am faced these types of uncomfortable situation room was allotted in the second floor.

Food served by room service was consistently disappointing. We had to send back their watered down coffees every single day to get a half-decent cup.

The hotel is so expensive. Filled with mosquitoes n insects and bedbugs. Too much of noise from the bar n drunken people from the bar. Beds move around the whole room. Floor is so slippery. My daughter fell down thrice in the room fell sick. Food is trash. I m a travel vlogger. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Such a worst experience. Hated every minute of our stay.
