Location very near to temple

Restaurant not available. Not that clean. Too compact.

The location of the property is just perfect. It’s near all good restaurants and the temple. Very easy to take Drashan.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be made better. The beds were OK but toilets etc were not so clean. And in general a non AC room has very bad air circulation.

The Hotel is located very near the Temple Tank, adjacent to the Western Entrance to the Temple. Walking distance to Mammiyur Shiva Temple, literally on the main road. Autos easily available for movement, especially to the Railway Station. Within walking distance, you have hotels, Restaurants having both South and North dishes.

Maintenance of the room /wash room etc requires concentration. Many utilities in wash room requires repairs. Management should seek the comments of the occupants on daily basis for rectification. Management should also try to have space for car parking which is not available here.

Only plus point of this Hotel is that it is very near to Guruvayoor Temple.

Water flow was in trickles. One of the tap had soiled water coming from it. There is no restaurant and the one opposite to the restaurant is average in quality. Cleanliness and room quality needs much improvement. It looks like a lodge converted to a Hotel.

Property location is good.

But cleanliness and service is not good. Room is very congested. No place other than bed area. No proper ventilation. Bath towel and bed sheet is very old. Fan switch regulator is not working. Room tariff in booking.com is higher than Hotel tariff. 5bed room charges 2100 but on tarif at hotel is only 1900.

Nothing was likable with the hotel1. They have some issue with Booking.com so the satirize from the front office staff was arrogant 2. They took more money from me from what was mentioned with Booking.com3. They did not issue invoice for the payment blaming their computer4. Room was not neat, dirty walls

The linens r too old and r almost yellow in colour. Need to change the linen

the intercom phones are not working in 2 of the 4 rooms we booked . that was the only way to reach the reception and we were stuck . the hotel did it check if the drinking water had exhausted and must have given new ones …

It's very close to temple

They have different rates for booking.com. And Direct booking. There is 500 Rs difference.

Breakfast provided near by hotel which was tie up with hare Krishna in food quality OK.
