Old property, room cleanliness very bad. Bed and linens are not good. The room is not cleaned properly. Check in time mentioned in the website wrong.

Nothing …. Old set up and not even slept whole night !

Very Old property and doesn’t feels like some management cares abt the property ! Bed provided in room was very pathetic and interrupted sleep whole night due to its current status. Bathroom doors not closing well … additional effort required to close properly!

I hadn't had a chance to have the breakfast, hence cannot rate it. The reception folks were not cooperative even to provide breakfast to us though we were 5 minutes late.

The lift was untidy. The room which they gave me initially had lots of problems like the AC remote was not working, the room was too small. The reception folks were not cooperative, the room which was allotted next time was big and had a bathroom which was stinging as if someone had vomited inside. The shower had heap of dust on its top which was disgusting.

Rooms are shabby staff does not know the value of customers satisfaction, dirty rooms and good rooms are two different categories kept, me and my brother stayed and room was advance booked but being two males we were offered bad room with leakage in bathroom. After insisting and complaining they have us different room with same condition that I find little disappointing

Management is poor in terms of payment transactions. We have made the payment earlier since the guests are from other country. Still they were questioned and asked to pay the amount while departing after checkout. Also they have multiple messages to click on some unauthorised or atleast something it looked like an url because they have a practice it seems of confirming the booking again other than booking.com confirmation..

Location is good, nothing much I liked about Hotel!

Hotel not as expected, room were not so clean. As soon as we enter the room got very bad and irritating smell from washroom, so asked the staff to to clean it again and properly. The lift is so dirty and not cleaned properly. Response rate for the request is very low. Asked for additional pillow which I have got 1 hour later as they mentioned the staff were busy.

Bathrooms are not cleaned, water stuck inside, it’s not walkable distance to Guruvayur temple for old peoples

Dinner was delicious, service then was also good(27/05/2024 night)

Breakfast was poor and the explanation was disgusting. Since it was complimentary we were treated as relief camp members. Even if we were willing to pay for food, they were not okay in meeting our requirements. Air-conditioning was not good in one of our rooms. Bedsheets were not clean enough and the bathroom utility were already used by others.

A lot of improvements need to be done

Property need to be have more maintenance. Specifically on the hygiene part at the toilet. No toilet paper, no carpet outside the toilet. No tooth brush and tooth paste provided. Removing spiderweb from corners would be appreciated

Cleanliness, dingy rooms, dirtiest bucket seen in life, smelly and torn bath towels, no toiletries, no wifi, no kettle/coffee tea, almost empty shower jells....

Worst experience ever. Unclean rooms and smelly washrooms. Bed sheets have stinks and air condition is very poor. Old rooms and not satisfied with the staffs service

There is a lack of traditional Kerala Food. A less light emitting bulb should be installed in Rooms.

Badly delayed. Had to wait at the reception for the breakfast to arrive from outside n serve.

There was repairing and grinding work going on n the afternoon which was nuisance to the years.

plain idli & bread jam was provided which no hotel in the world will provide such BF. Too bad experience.no other option.I will not reccoment this hotel at all.

my bed room was full of ants & spiders.
