Dass Continental Hotel

Breakfast spread and the Buffet lunch on weekends had good variety and range. Quality of food was good. Staff was courteous and ready to help. Front office was ready to help with directions and other key information to move around.

Dass Continent seems to be a busy hotel. The daily engagement board showed that there were social functions regularly held, there. Considering the footfalls, it would have been better to have more elevators to avoid longer wait.

The staff at Utsav was the only friendly staff..they were very helpful in helping us choose the food..very tasty food tks to Mr.Biju at Utsav who was very warm and kind

The front office experience was very bad I travelled with my mother it was very difficult to get adjacent rooms....

Receptionist was polite and friendly.

They didn't provide blankets and not enough hot water.

Couldn't sleep at night. Trough out the night till 1 am sound of furniture being dragged above our heads (our room was under the function room apparently). Had yo complain thrice

Problem that aircondition is old and compressors are extremely loud if you are at a room close to one. It is really extremely loud, at least for me coming from Europe.

Menu, quality, service are good

Locker didn't work. AC mostly , especially in the night , controlled from outside to EC mode, leading to discomfort.

I liked the buffet.

The behaviour of staffs, very uncomfortable. The room was stinky. Conjusted room. I went to the parking space and there were two seccurites, Both of them wants me to park in 2 different locations. I was like in the middle of the fight between securities. The security staffs were verbally fighting each other and kind of like scolding me. Then went to reception and got into room, For 3.5k Including tax, the room wasn't worthy. it was so conjusted and bathroom was avg. The towels were stinky. Dinner was good and. Room service is quite slow. I asked for a water and took so long. The room delivery boy knocked at the door and was staring into the room very pointy expecting to see something. He actually stepped into the room. It was very uncomfortable. Not so polite. I felt like he wants to know whats happening. Kind of breaching into privacy. Totally unacceptable. While checking out the receptionists switched, Checkout was also unpleasant.

Its located in center of the city so we can easily access to railway station bustation

There is no bathtub, toilet is too old.closet flush is to hard to press.tv is broken,room size was small,no sound proof,in night traffic sound irritating our sleep.even they didn't not provide water.its cost around 40 rs per bottle.

The room they show is suite and the room they give is completely different from the photo. The room is quite small and food is very expensive

Front desk staffs the way welcomes the guests not upto the standard. Especially one of the staff very moody.

The location was nice, staffs were friendly, had a very quick check-in. Facilities provided were great. Toilets extremely clean. The breakfast was good, the staff in the restaurant were extremely nice and welcoming. We had forgotten an item in our room, on return to the hotel after few hours, I could see the well organised lost and found procedure of theirs. Extremely impressed.

The room which we had received was next to their storage and something called board room. Lot of commotion outside the room during the day and early morning. Additionally, unfortunately for us, on the same day there was IELTS exam taking place in the rooms next door. The bed sheet is neat and clean however has seen the end of its life, with the threads popping out, its time to change to new. Mosquitos and smell from the fish market in the bathroom (unfortunately I believe nothing can be done for that)

Food overall was not very good.

WiFi was very poor. Rooms did not have good coverage. Restaurant did not have any coverage. Food was not good.

Food was good but the old galaxy was not neat. New restaurant which opened on 29th Mar 2021 was good and neat.

Towels provided were dirty, when complained they provided neat towels. Rooms not cleaned properly.
