Rooms were good with hot water

Sona is not a hotel. They only have lodging services. No boys to pickup languages. No catering services available. They should state has Sona Lodging services online.

Location is superb, room is very clean, very essay to access the main attractions .

No restaurant attached with this property

It is easy to find the place on the MG Road. Few shops are available within 500 meters.

Except for the person at the reception, other staff were so loud. Easily intimidates the guest the way they speak. Maybe they don't mean to, but it is slightly disturbing. Not having a restaurant or to get a tea/coffee in the morning is a turn off. There is no kettle in the room either.

Nestled inside a mall. No designated parking. No front desk as you might expect in a hotel. One person doing everything. Under had to walk thru unfinished construction Probably plans for a nice, elegant hotel. Room was fabulous - great value given current cost

Worse, no bath towel, no soap, no shampoo, nothing....

Service worst.

The property is located in a commercial part of town. It is well connected , and not far from the local railway station, and bus station.

The air conditioner in the room was not working, and being summer it was extremely humid and warm. I had to deal with someone who was unwilling, or unable to process my request for either getting the air conditioning fixed or getting my room changed. It is only after repeated requests that a room change was affected, at 1 am at night. I had to literally station myself in the reception and demand a change in the room before it was made available. The excuse given was there is no room available, but there were rooms and they were unwilling to make it available for me.

location nearby, BED is so comfy and a/c is superb cool and the room is very very much spacious with working table for laptop and all are good, very good, BEST stay

late Night entry Main door locked, but the security was helpful to unlock the door around 1am

If you stay more than 1 day, mosquitos will company.

Neat, new, maintained room. Near to shopping,railway,transport facilities . All amenities working well as given in brochure

Indifferent lobby staff. Blankets had hair. Leaking pipes in bathroom.

The rooms are new, I suppose. It was clean, but I did find some strands of hair here and there on the floor. The bathroom was neat and clean. Not far from the railway station, and easy to get autos to move around.

See above about the hair. The man at the reception was incompetent. I suppose he was filling in for someone. Drinking water wasn't provided. There was a lot of mosquitos, surprisingly.

unfortunately it was not clean. bed sheets where not changed from guests before, cleaning with a dirty rang is not cleaning! bed was super hardhotel is located on a big junction, during the day it’s super loud but later in the evening after 10 p.m it’s quieter . so you can sleep without ear plugs

Really there wasn't a lot we liked except the size of the room was good and it was in a good location for us.

The air con started leaking and dripping in the bathroom. The room wasn't particularly clean - bedding and towels were stained. There were lots of mosquitos in the room. No toilet roll was provided even though it said there would be and the only toiletries was a bar of soap.

Rooms were clean, airy, with good light. Rooms were kept ready for us. Courteous behaviour from Mr Robin

Only thing restaurant was not there ...we managed with Zomato

Liked the view , the facilities here, the cleanliness is also good overall it was worth money to stay

Stay was quite comfortable and was very near to my intended location.
