BR RESIDENCY

We are stayed that property on the last week and the room is very dirty and cockroaches are running every corner.The bedsheets and pillow covers has full of stains. Once we entered the room we noticed and told the staff to clean or give another room and they gave another room and the bedsheet is very dirty.Don’t choose this hotel

Nothing really

The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk from the main center of Thrissur. The room is very clean and organized, with plenty of space. The room has an AC that will keep you cool and comfortable.

There was some construction occurring on-site during my stay, but that is likely temporary. The interior of the hotel is very nice, and it looks like the outside will be even better soon. Would still book even with the minimal daytime noise.

Parking and the way to hotel is really pathetic. The road to hotel is very narrow. Even bikes are parked over the road made me stuck for a while while going out from the hotel. But the staff and other facilities are good .

Access to the hotel is thru a narrow lane. Otherwise its a convenient place for a short stay

When we saw some stained linen, we asked the staff about it. They said its because of the water. Something should be done about the iron content in the water

There were not free toiletries for eg; brush and paste other than that all its okay ...

The room was clean and quiet near the amenities.

No room service available. We stayed there for five days and requested to clean the room. But no cleaning was done. It was very dusty in the room by 4 th day and my daughter ended up with a dust allergy. If no room service is available just keep one broom and dustpan in the room. At least guests can clean for themselves. Always there won't be anyone in the reception area have to call them to come.

First of all, I really appreciate the support given by Mr. Kalay throughout our stay in this hotel. We booked 3 double occupancy room for 6 members (Room's Collage Photo is attached for reference) and all rooms found to be cozy and comfortable. All AC Units, Internet operated TVs, Instant Heaters, Electric Kettles in all our rooms were properly functioning and useful to us for our relaxed stay. We Checked-in this hotel in the midnight 2 am and Mr. Kalay kept our rooms ready before we arrive. He provided all the necessary & required things during our stay. We will be definitely visit and stay here as it is near to Vadakkumnathan Temple and it's premises. Family or couples can rely on this hotel and enjoy your Thrissur Trip & Stay. Best wishes.

The approach road to Hotel and entrance area needs to be properly developed with Digital Display Board of Hotel Name (which is under process as per Hotel mgmt)

The lone staff is good. Need some improvement in housekeeping. Most of the time only mobile number is displayed in reception counter. Room and wash room are very neat.

Room boys are not there.

while booking, the total price is shown as Rs 1848 and GST is hidden cleverly to mislead the customer. I booked thinking that the total price including GST is 1848. Otherwise, I would have chosen better hotels at the main center. this hotel is not worth Rs 2060.At the time of payment, they are asking for GST extra. Then only I noticed the pricing information. All other hotels are clearly showing GST extra in the booking details. A screenshot is attached for your reference.

The staff at the reception, Kalai, is every helpful and available at all times. He made sure we had what we wanted and more. The property is quite and the rooms are neat and clean with all basic essentials and amenities. It is located in the heart of Thrissur close to major attraction and activities.

The elevator wasn't working which was a downer as we had some elderly people in our group that found it slightly difficult in climbing up and down. The property is a bit inconspicuous as it is in a narrow street. You could miss the turn if you're not paying attention. Also, the property is adjacent to a school so it might get noisy at times

BR Residency hotel was a great place to stay. Location was fantastic and quiet, couple minutes of walking distance from the main busy and noisy streets. Good city public transportation, café, restaurants, shopping malls and sightseeing places like Sree Vadakkunnathan Temple, Nehru park, Zoo are within 5-15 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. Hotel itself was very clean like in a museum. Front office manager speaks English and was very helpful. My room was perfect size, not large, not small. It had kitchenette with complimentary bottle of water, tea, sugar, tap with water, electric kettle and kitchen cabinet. There was a TV, a ceiling fan, an air condition, a wardrobe, a mirror with desk, comfortable bed with bedside tables. There was a shower toiletries and clean towel in the bathroom. Free wi-fi internet worked well in the room and on the common hallway/terrace. I can highly recommend BR Residency hotel for everyone. Thank you.

Very poor

Everything- No value for money. Staff least bothered. Inspite of pre booking, room was not ready upon arrival. Do not provide basics. Location poor. No parking facility, no proper approach road. Path to hotel is very narrow, even a auto struggles. No restaurant , hotel do not provide even tea/coffee. A unclean electric kettle is available in room with a sachet of coffee and unhygeinically packed dusty sugar. Do not provide tea bags or diary whitener. Do not provide toiletries. Upon asking on day 2 of stay provided a toothbrush kit, which means they have it but do not provide yet until asked for. Very uncomfortable stay. Did not feel comfortable and safe. Everytine had to call the hotel phone number in case of any issue, intercom numbers do not work, yet kept getting calls on my intercom during midnight from unknown folks. Do not recommend to anyone especially to solo women travellers
