Mosquitos

Location was close to the temple. It was easy to get to and out of the city.

Was not too clean. Bit smelly the rooms were.

Near to Temple. Access was easy.

Facility was not up to the expectation when compared to the price paid.

Location and proximity to the temple which is very important

Hot water not available as geyser was not working. This is important factor as many senior travelers would visit the temple and they cannot manage to take bath in cold water

No breakfast

Hot water was missed on the first day. Management must look into details like stirrers to be placed for making tea / coffee etc.

Good location very close to temple

Rooms are smaller than they seem in the photos. Very congested and bathrooms didn’t have hot water at night.

Staff behaviour, and location..

Lockers should provide cloth hangers.. Bed switch will be provided.

Location was close enough to guruvayur temple and mamyur temple. While guruvayur temple was just nearby, only had to walk about 10min to reach mamyur temple.The only reason for booking was for the location.

Charged higher than expectation or possible fares, limited supply of hot water, mosquito issues. Bathroom was clean however it's so small.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location and easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The staff were supportive and courteous, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

The room size was quite small, which may not suit travelers looking for more space. More importantly, the booking and payment process needs attention. Although the listing clearly stated that no pre-payment was required, I received multiple messages afterward warning that my booking would be cancelled unless payment was made in advance. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress. I recommend that the hotel coordinate with Booking.com to enable card payments during booking if pre-payment is indeed necessary, rather than sending repeated cancellation notices to guests.

Need more facilities paste,brush,ear buds,comb not costly use and throw type and small fridge,some more lights in front of mirror and also locker facilities

Didn't have breakfast in the Property. Location was good.

staff was not cooperative, i booked stay for two days, but unfortunately had to return after one day. I requested for refund or atleast a partial refund for the one as i had requested the same well before but they dint consider

room space, parking . It was pretty clean; water was there and A/C working fine. The parking was congested, hardly 5 parking space only. Slightly high room rate for this facility

"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. However, I was disappointed to find that they did not provide basic complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, which many other hotels offer. It would have been a nice touch to include these essentials for guests." Feel free to modify it as you see fit!

I couldn't access to my emails, as I was driving for long distances, and when I checked my e-mail while in a restaurant, I found the request to pay advance to hotel (which was not mentioned in BOOKING.COM website & hence I am unaware of this requirement). As an NRI, I don't have google pay service facility, to make payment, immediately. I called the hotel, and informed them that, I am on the way to their hotel & will reach within 1 hour & will make payment. They didn't accept my request. So I have to get help from unknown people to transfer money to hotel through GOOGLE PAY. Hotel management attitude was not at all acceptable. They tod there is no guarantee for the booking. Totally embarrassing, as I was travelling with my mother. Also the bathroom has smell & exhaust was not working.

During the night noise was heard out side the building this continued throughout the night. We couldn't sleep. Reported this to the hotel Staff but not very supportive.

Location as it is close to the west Nada of the temple amd has multiple parking and veg and non veg food options
