HOTEL PANKAJ RESIDENCY

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel maintained clear communication, and getting around was hassle-free thanks to its convenient setting. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort.

One aspect that could be improved is the booking and payment process. While the listing stated that no pre-payment was required, I later received multiple messages warning that my booking would be cancelled unless payment was made in advance. This created unnecessary confusion and stress. I recommend that the hotel work with Booking.com to enable card payments during booking if pre-payment is indeed required, rather than sending repeated cancellation warnings to guests.Despite this hiccup, the stay itself was enjoyable, and I would consider returning if the booking process is streamlined.

Clean and well maintained property!! Excellent location, close to railway station and temple.. Restaurant was under renovation when we visited, rest all good we are very much happy with their service and the cleanliness! Definitely recommend to someone visiting Guruvayur!

It is little over priced for the amenities

No toiletries. One bottle of free water per day for 2 guests cannot be justified; must have been at least 2 bottles.

Staff Thomas very good but mosquito too much TV didn't work octogenarian given 4th floor so heat too much all out or coil could have given morning someone S off corridor lights! No internal phones

Same as above they went on calling for advance when I had told u NO A LADY talking Malayalam not English!

The desk staff members were very courteous and helpful. Room size was very good

The TV could have been better

Everything was fine

I faced only one issue. My mobile charging adaptor is international model(square legs) but all the sockets in hotel is Indian type (round holes). It's not a big issue. I brought one multi socket (30 rs only) from outside and its solved easily.

A very cosy stay with helpful staff.

The mattress could have been a little more stiffer, as getting up from it was slightly difficult.

Its recently renovated it seems, Room had all amenities as described in the offer.The bedding and the bathroom towels were all clean as expected.

Hot water was not available, but it was ok for my case.

Great! Affordable cost for Room Rent. Staff are very polite and nice behave. Location is near to about 750 metre from Guruvayur Temple. Railway Station is very near. Good. Value for money.???

Hot water is not coming in early morning. You have notice solve this issue. Rest things are good!

Room is spacious

Service was not up to the mark. Hot water was not available early morning.They couldn't even arrange it in a bucket. Restaurant was not in function.

Not worth it.

Check in time is 15:00 - 16:00 hrs is toooo late check in time restriction. Alternate is to cough up additional 600 rs on top of already exorbitant rates.

The rooms and the ambience was good ? neat and clean also budget friendly worth for the price. Staffs are polite especially the receptionist and room boy.. i highly recommend this hotel pankaj residency.

clean hotel. we need to stay few more hours after our time due to our train timings.hotel staff graciously agreed to our request. Thanks to them. we had a wonderful stay here. and this was our 2nd time. hopefully we will come again to guruvayur temple in future and will definitely come to stay in pankaj residency.

towels were not there in my room and even tea bag was not there even on ask they provided only single tower.
