Charged extra for letting my friend come to see in the room and no toothpaste was given to me til the morning

A day before i called the hotel number but No one is picked the call, i have called more than 10 time,After that an female employee picked the call and i have confirmed booking as earlier checkin and she also confirmed, when i went to hotel person in receiption, she says we don't have any such kind of process like that, after few argument they gave an bed room for few hours till booked room get available, After 2 hours they gave another with double bed room as i booked, in that room by bathroom flush not working, in TV only malayalam channel is available,Next day i have paid full amount, and informed i need late check-out they also agreed with i need to pay addition chargers for both earlier check-in and late check-out of total Rs.1000, and i paid total of Rs.5004/- including 2 time food in hotel, one day before of my check-out, while check-out receptionist asking me to pay addition of 950 rs for late check-out 500 and food 450,Total bill amount is 5022Already i have paid = 5004Balance is 18 Rs, but she is asking me to pay 950, after explanation again she asking me to pay 450 for food bill,I got anger said to call manager, and manager came and helped me out finally, i paid 20 Rs, and i left the hotel, where i was already late to trainMiddle of the bed is very low i think bed is damaged in middle which is bad,All the lights are very low brightness, food also cant its good,No free Breakfast for booking online,Very bad experience in the hotel,Only thing is near to railway station and good amount of vehicle parking

Food taste is ok, courteous staff

1. Lift was under maintenance as per them and we struggled. Its a basic amenity we expected2. Location shows near to railway station, but it is behind and you have to climb the overpass or go by taxi if you come by train3. Deluxe ac room was Very small in size , even bathroom also, looks old4. Costly room tariff and food. Does not worthy

It’s really close to the railway station ( walkable distance if you take the back entrance, go left and take the over bridge). It’s passable for a night’s stay. It has all the basic amenities. Staffs were very courteous: the reception team lead by Mr Ranjith provided me a very nice experience.

Room is small

I don’t like because i don’t get my booked room.They said Booking.com always taking over booking so they are not ready to give room.that day i took room in another hotel by 75% more spent.it’s very bad to you by such a practise

This property doesn’t have proper management and proper service , it was so ridicules

The location was good.

No lift in hotel. They didn't arrange a Ground Floor for a 87 year old person. Very strange response. The staff didn't coordinate well us.

Breakfast was good and it is a lively kitchen meaning they ask what we want and then prepare and serve the item of the day.

May be breakfast item could have been more . No options to choose

The room was not up to rate , and heavy stain on wash basin and the bath area , spider web above the bed ,

Location, Staff behavior , especially the GM Me. Reji was exceptionally nice

A/C was not working in the rooms that I booked

everything.. just horrible.. phone doesn’t work.. never mentioned that there was no lift in the hotel.. my aunt who has a knee replacement surgery struggled to get to her room on the 2nd floor and dreaded to leave her room thinking about the stairs.. absolutely horrible and unprofessional

Nothing that I don't like as it was budget accomodation for me. So room was small and no outside views. But it was damn clean and the compound is quite big to park your car also. It was clean and neat.
