- - The highest point was the breakfast, very very good. - The personnel is very kind - The room we got was huuuuge

- We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!
Cons -
- - We booked last minute so that might be the reason but room was not very warm when we arrived and in the morning was still kinda cold.
- It was dirty, a lot of insects in the room, the smell of the toilet was so bad, and the room wasnt warm. The sheets are too old and yellowish already.
- Mattress was awful - one could feel the metal springs in it while lying. There was hot water in the shower, but no hot water in the sink.
