Swing & Pillows @ Rawang Selangor

Very clean, and the front desk staff were very professional and polite. They left a deep impression on me, and I will definitely come again next time.

The facilities were clean

The charge for an early check-in was in my view not warranted. The room with no window was a bit scary for a person who is claustrophobic

This hotel provides a delightful experience with its well-maintained facilities, exceptional staff, and convenient location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining options are available, adding to the convenience. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly at the front desk. Good

I near to the my work place bomba station happy to stay here very clean and need

The staff at the hotel are very nice and communicate very well. Specially Housekeeping very Good guy Helpfully. Room very clean and Bath so Good

- plenty of parking- quiet neighbourhood- nearby 99 speedmart

- family room on the 2nd floor, without elevator, challenging for family with luggage and babies - super dusty room, causing non stop sneezing - dusty due to the toilet exhaust fan being ducted into the room but the exhaust filter wasn't clean for a long time- broken towel holder in the toilet, staff fix it by filling tissue in it, high risk of falling down and hit on guest

The receptionist provides good service. The room is clean and comfortable to sleep

The room is quite small, should provide enough space to comfortably pray.

Very satisfied....Staff Hina and Muammar are very friendly and helpful

No lift

The service attitude is super good ！They patiently helped us solve our problems. And the room is very clean, mattress is very comfortable, and there is a water heater.

Room abit small and don‘t have hairdryer ～ But overall is very good ！
