We reached the hotel at night..the environment is so dark and spooky..not convenient for elderly..there is no lif provided..our room is located inside the cafeteria and the place was abandoned n creepy environment..

Location

Book two family room.the room can fit 4 people's. However, the hotel only provides two towels and two breakfast vouchers(add on RM10 for extra) and two drinks water.We tried to get extra towels from reception,person on duty mention due to hotel is fully occupied, they have no extra towels.really unexpected due to hotels still have vacant room's and not less guests.

The pool, the price, the large room and near to KL

The aircon was not cold, the shower not working and the tv was old.

- only one staff on duty cover for whole night- i was stay in but still i have to pay entrance to swimming pool and pay RM10 per kids it was not fair- only 2 channel tv available- not friendly for OKU or elderly people if they want to go to cafe

The resort was a quiet and relaxing place for a family holiday, not many people so no hassle with long Q

Limited choice of breakfast (buffet). Cold nasi lemak. Picture included got beautiful outdoor pool, apparently you have to pay Rm10 if you are hotel guest.

the place is old and not properly maintain. the furniture and tv is old. the area is so dark at night.

The room space is big and worth to stay for family with many kids.

The breakfast was delicious but a bit late on topup the food and drinks. Short manpower and staff only one man show during our stay The pool was opened at day only and chargeable for resort guests.TV channels were limited.

Clean and spacious. Comfort bed. Adequate amenities. Quite and calm stay. Premium taste with economical value. Sense of Premium and wealthy but frozen in time im wondering how the mx try to maintain their existence and profit as well. Breakfast not bad. Basic but fine to start a day. Lots of signage in Korean. Maybe lots of Korean Golfer and patronage. They even offer made to order RM30 korean food set. Its also a sports complex do offer other sport activities other than golf. I believe "dont expect much" its the right attitude to spent an enjoyable stay in here. This resort also held as venue for event such as wedding etc. in event they want to seel their used furniture. I will be the number 1 to bought it. Kind of anttique and premium design. In a sum. Its just like ,> yrs old maintain mercedez benz. Still confort, quality luxury, but of course shit happen as its > 20 yrs old

Despite of the premium sense. My view is entertain by others building backyard. No green just a busy caddy and employee. Unlucky i guest. All green green view is full booked according to concierge . One should have an intenary or purpose to stay here. Its was isolate and far away from outside eateries and shop lot. Having a vehicle is recomended. This is bukit beruntung. Wat du u ekspek?

The breakfast so so ,some cold alr ! Some food no cover !and c the bird touch the spoon for food ,is no hygiene…the building look super old ? our room inside no look ! Coffee spoon also dun had ,when ask then had ! The shower also no good ! Sound very loud ,very scary and the shampoo and shower is re-use !(maybe others room use half then pass to our room)?

I liked how the waterpark was just 10 metres away from my room. I saw the pool from our window. With RM10 per person, I'd say that's cheap lah. Nice slides. My kids enjoyed themselves.

The room service goes back at 5pm. So front desk came to send kettle (the one in my room had prob with it's plug).the next day it took 20mins and 2 call and 1 personal visit to front desk before I could get an iron and a super lousy and broken iron board (like really, it's broken, get a new one)

Tranquil, pleasant, free from disturbance & peaceful place for family vacation due to location quite far from the main city center. My children & family very happy & having lot of fun while playing in the pools.

The pool little bit hot during the sunny day, some other resorts/hotels have shade from their building architecture design or trees. To have more lighting from entrance main road before the security guard post.
