HOPELESS AND WORST STAY OF...

The aircond was totally mulfunction and cockroaches whole over the room running around. THE HOTEL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN SUCH BAD. WE NEED TO WRITE TO THE HEALTH AND AUTHORITIES WHICH APPROVED THE LICENSE TO TAKE ACTION ON THEM.

Big tv and big room

No basic channel tv3 tv9 and rtm...Tilam spring kerasssss...

The hotel is beautiful. The location is very comfortable. The tv channels should improve..the night shift receptionist is a really good very kind and respectful boy, and helpful. Better experience in this hotel when check in midnight time..

Friendly and considerable staff, strategic to nearby food stalls, lift working well, easy access to rooms, accessible-centralize ironing board, proper air-conditioning.

No proper lightings(blown bulb), bed bugs, a bit slow water supply, heater not function in one of the room, TV not function in one of the rooms as well

Not worth for the price

The family room which we booked was in a poor condition and filthy The bed spreads were very old and many other problems.

The staff was pleasant, no one can blame them but the management.

This probably the worst hotel Iv stayed, left with no choice in Rawang. Decided to check out the very next day because of foul smell, dripping ceiling that wet the bed (check photo) , cockroach in the walkway & disgusting toilet.

All staff is friendly especially the malay women staff. Check-in was easy and smooth. Booked last minute because overbook by Oyo hotel luckily we got to book Hotel Sahara though booking.com. So manageable. I brought a sick old grandma with me and facilities all good especially the elevator helps us. Lucky us because got a room in front of elevator. Thanks for the best accomodation!

The property is rundown and the facilities like television, etc are not working. Even the bathroom door is in a very neglected state. Very poorly maintained.

Everything is bad and neglected. The hotel was probably not maintained for more than 10 years !

The door lock broken. Cant enter my room at midnight and have to change room. Have to wait until morning!!!Tv has no sound. Bad management !!

room was super dusty. Aircond was not cold. bathroom looked old and not well taken care of. bed was also hard and uncomfortable.

Staff friendly.

1. They asked you if you want towel and if you say yes,they will give you at the reception and you need to carry it yourself to your room.2. Same goes with TV and Air-conditioning remote3. Towel is yellowish(less clean), there is spider in the bathroom.4. Spring single bed. Not super single,it's really single bed. 5. Location hard to get parking.6. Very long time for checking in.7. Need to pay deposit RM50 even you have booked/ pay online.8. Aircond swing not working, it's shoot towards the wall.
