The room and the facilities need to be improve. The bed , the comforter and pillow too old . Got too many mosquito like tooooo many ?

The chalet has a calming atmosphere, almost like stepping back into a traditional home. It offers a peaceful, nostalgic experience, blending comfort with a touch of simplicity.

The shower floor isn’t very comfortable—it feels like it’s digging into my feet, which can be a bit painful. Also, some of the remotes don’t have batteries, which makes it inconvenient.

The room is clean & big enough for 4 person. The view and surrounding is lovely and has a good vibe. Nice place to stay

everything was good.

Everything was good except for the café and the pool. Please make some enhancements for customer satisfaction. The café should provide better service, including improvements in food quality, quantity, and presentation. As for the pool, the water needs to be much cleaner.

The chalet was very nice, except there are mosquitos. Try to do more fogging.

The shower water is very slow due to broken water heater.

1. Smelly toilet and water pressure very low. 2. The pool not even clean and doesnt have outdoor shower for pool. 3. Poor wifi connection

Room just okey,breakfast simple and the pool so dirty and small (got hair,rubbish and the water smelly)

The room was very bad . The place was dark and the lighting in the room was very bad too. The bed was full of ants. Cockroaches on the bed at night. Couldn't sleep at all. We were very tired since we came from Penang. A terrible nightmare. Tv only 3 channels available. Water pressure very low.

DustyBreakfast not enough..i went for breakfast at 0830 but only a little food left.The shower's floor make my feet pain. The chalet doesn't has numbering that make me confuse which room is mine..need to try and error bettween two rooms.

The furniture and the chalet is a bit old. Even the comforter is very vintage. But at least, the comforter, bed and pillow is clean and comfortable.Really need a new brand airconditioner. Im so glad that i only book for one night. The pool is dirty. ?

I have a wonderful time stayed here. The view is very beautiful. The beach is walking distance. There are not people during my stay and the pool is not crowded. I like the village vibe at then chalet. rust

the bed sheet need to be a bit cleaner, but the staff is good at listening to the customer so, not a big deal

The building design and concept also the landscape is nice.

1). The facilities in the chalet/room is below average. The aircond is not functioning after few hours been on. And there is NO staff at the receptionist or around for customer to complain about the aircond. Luckily the fan can be switch on after few times try (at first the fan cannot be switch ON too ). If not we will be sleeping in a sweat. FYI, the aircond is still cannot functioning until we check out the next day. 2) The breakfast also below average. The nugget is very overcooked and taste like its been cooked yesterday. Not many varieties.3) the reflexology stone at the shower area in the bathroom. I personally really think it is NOT Suitable to put that kind of stone there. Because not everyone is having a good time stepping on that stone while taking shower.

i stay in 201 hotel room, but the acc.not function well, when i ask receptionist, they ask me to reset the acc. into auto, unfortunately, the air connect still same. the wifi also not available and tv only have 2 channel.

Comfortable beds and near the beach, clean rooms.

Facilities need better maintenance, it was very nice when I visited about 10 yrs ago. Water was leaking from the sink, pool was green, didn't look clean. Breakfast was so-so, nasi bungkus was finished when we got there at 9.30am. Staff were a bit clueless, did not make any effort to order rice or replenish the breakfast.

The kampung vibes is just fine, small resort but still convenient for small family.. Not crowded even all room fully book on a time..

Less choices of breakfast.. Just nasi lemak, fried kuewtiew, bread & spread, curry mee, baked bean, nugget, keropok, 2 choices of kuih, orange juice, coffee & tea.. Should add more choices.. The room just ok but a bit uncomfortable when there has no floormat at front of bathroom.. Should have one, otherwise floor got slippery & wet, especially after taking shower..

The area was secluded, so less noise, away from town. The room was spacious and clean.

The pool cleanliness can be improve. Nothing much to do around the neighbourhood at night time.
