The worst hotel and no cleaning and wifi not working... Beds sheets smell like anything.. Outside looks good but I side worst and cockroaches

Nothing waste of money

Location and proximity to temple

Very dirty. Bed sheets were not even changed for new customer. Room had lot of dust , no mopping was done before last check out. Washroom were very dirty

Location is very close to the temple.

Cleanliness is very poor. Bathroom is stinky.Lots of dust in all over the desk and floor. Just wondered whether they cleaned the room before we check-in.

The Hotel staff who are working there ask money after checkout and that too all of them who work there come at a time.

Very clean rooms , family friendly and near the temple. No restaurant but very close to sarvana Bhavan. Much better that MGM

No breakfast provided in this hotel and towel was provided, they said wifi connection available but it was not connected. Room bed covers and pillow covers were found used ( not washed after someone used). Totally waste of money

The helping staffs (3 male) demanding for tips and if we don’t give they abuse. Funny part is I already gave some tips when checking in but the next day when checking out they still ask for money. The 2 other males didn’t help during check in or check out. Such a pathetic habit.

Location is good, 24 hrs hot water. No sufficient toiletries

AC not under our control. Room service is very poor. No welcome drink. No complement bottled drinking water

Location is very near to Kaalahasthi Temple. It is just walkable distance from the temple.

Pictures shown in the property is probably when they started. In reality the rooms are not that great. Simple hotel room to stay & finish the purpose of visiting the temple.

Room was not clean and bathroom is smelly.The roomboys were running behind and asking money even though we didn’t avail any service from them. No basic manners.

I will give 5 of 10 5 for the following thingsRoom is big, More Value for money.. and Cleanliness is super.Location is near to Temple gate number4for Coffee Lovers - There is a place Opposite to this Hotel - Filter Coffee and Onion Dosa are awesome(should give 5 Star) (Rajamatha restaurant)

-vs are following 1) Staff is not so friendly.. I can see they are money oriented. 2) No Towels - until we demanded. I have to speak lil roughly after 3 times of request for towels. They says they will give by next day Morning 5.30AM. But not sure what stops them to give the towels before day evening itself.3) Big disadvantage - for all Online Bookings - Checkout time is 12.Noon (irrespective of check in time)4) Another disadvantage (for people like me) - No Credit Card payments - says the machine is spoiled or not working etc5) Many things we need to demand - they are not giving the the facilities they promised - always we need to raise our voice.6) Staff - not so friendly - they are after Money

Dirty and torn bedsheet , floor was not clean properly, no tissue paper in bathroom.No water bottles .

Location of the hotel is within walkable distance from South gate of the temple. Enough car parking space.

Bathrooms maintenance is very bad. Felt vomiting sensation. Needs very very service improvement.

They charge 2000 and they don't even provide complimentary water bottles , no bathroom kit , no towels. You will only get bed with dirty bedsheet. AC and TV don't work, no intercom to call reception. You try to reach them for any help and they will simply ignore. Worst part is despite such poor service all the staffs will stand in front of your car and shamelessly ask for tip. Horrible experience with this hotel and their staff. Never choose this one for your stay.
