This hotel has a prime location. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. We ordered Jain food and it was prepared just like home. Perfect for family stays.

The location wasa great. The hotel manager was very friendly and tried to help best way possible. Hotel porch and entrance were big and grand.

The heating in the room not not central which I would have expected at this cost. The linen in the room was not fresh and resused from last customer. The bathroom did not have shower and instead had indian style bathroom with bucket. Again at this price point of INR6000, I would have expected better amenities.

It was just one night stay here at the property as I was visiting Maa Vaishno Devi. The property is at convenient location; offers drop and pick up to the starting point of Yatra to Bhawan. The rooms were clean and sufficiently big. The staff is hospitable staff and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a great value for money. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel. Thanks to make our stay memorable.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Krishn Katra and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived were warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff who checked us in efficiently.The room was immaculate with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the pillows provided. The bathroom was spotless with a generous supply of toiletries and a powerful shower.The hotel's facilities were top-notch and a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The staff were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay comfortable. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance to local market.Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Royal Krishna for its excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I recently stayed at the hotel the royal krishna Katra and had a wonderful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for early arrivals or late departures, as it's situated right next to katra bus stand and yatra parchi counter. The rooms are spacious, offering fantastic views, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The food quality and taste were impressive, with a special mention to restaurant. They made sure all our requests were taken care of and went the extra mile to provide fresh meals for the kids. There attention to detail truly enhanced our dining experience. A small area for improvement would be to speed up the service a bit, but overall it was a minor issue in an otherwise flawless stay.I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Katra. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service!

Very bad staff, too much charges, lot of difference in online vs offline charges, bad quality breakfast, room not so clean, need to call everytime for hot water.

So many cockroaches are there in hotel rooms and we have asked for the cleaning but still not done of

After maa vaishno devi darshan we have taken lunch in the Restaurant but my two kids and my wife got food poisoning during my flight from Jammu to New Delhi and in flight they are bomating much loose motions are there and after landing the at delhi airport terminal 2, they all are admitted to the Maidanta hospital branch just near at arrival gate, my family are got very serious condition and just we got discharge after drip and injections medicine of everyone. My wife Preeti Lalan and my two son Aaron Kumar and Dakshit Kumar got very serious condition after having the lunch of this hotels. Hotel staff behaviours are also not good and even after so many talk they have not provided me GST invoice. So kindly take it seriously and we are going to take some police action against the Hotel now

The accomodation was fantastic, super clean, airy and close to everything. Staff was quite friendly and approachable. Rooms were spacious and I will prefer to stay with them again.

Excellent property with husge room size. Staff is really supportive and hotel is placed in the midst of central market and few feets away from Vaishno Devi shrine board and RFID card center.

I recently booked a stay at Hotel Royal Krishna in Katra for my parents during their Vaishno Devi trip, and we were extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. My parents aren't very tech-savvy and had trouble connecting to the WiFi, which initially prevented us from communicating via WhatsApp. However, when I called the front desk, the staff went above and beyond by going to my parents' room, connecting their WiFi, and ensuring they could make a WhatsApp call. I truly appreciated their efforts!The hotel's location is another major highlight. Situated very close to the main market, it offered easy access to shops, and restaurants, and other amenities. This proximity allowed my parents to explore the area comfortably. Additionally they provided the pickup and drop off to the Helipad.Thank you very much to Hotel Royal Krishna, for sure, I will stay with you again in future!

There was no facility. Air conditioning was not working not working most of the time. shower drainage was blocked.

Staff was Courteous and Helpful

Internat was perpetually down which was a minus. The bathing water was never hot, it was always lukewarm

It’s location as very close to yatra ticket counter and ambience as it’s a new property

The bathroom floors were slippery with no mats.

The location of property is very near to Katra Station and Market place. Hotel had drop facility till Starting point I.e. Ban Ganga which was very helpful. Staff was very courteous and property was well-maintained.
