- The staff was not sincere. The room allotted was not cleaned. It is not upto the mark to the standard of Clarks property. While booking the rooms for my parents, I chose Clark's due to the reputation. However, my parents were given dirty room.

- The property was absolutely filthy. They were giving excuses for everything. There restaurant didn’t have any kind of bowls, when I asked for one they said all they have is soup bowl and that they were out of crockery. Rooms were not maintained at all. The bathrooms were a mess. Rooms were smelly.
- Very small spread of breakfast, room service staff didn't know how to deal with customers.Even the upgraded suite room wasn't upto the mark - WC had stains which couldn't be removed, seepage of shower wasn't proper, towels & pillow covers were dirty so had to be replaced againThe reception or housekeeping staff can't do everything if basics aren't met

Overtly priced ... overall ok experience but definitely no value for money spent.......won't visit again at this price.
