Ambience and staff are good

Food and cleanness should have been better.

Breakfast was ok kind.. not that clean..

bathroom was useless.

Very nice staff. They are prompt and ensure customer delight. Hotel is very close to katra Railway Station and hotel provides cab to Banganga.

Location, staff, facilities

Breakfast was awesome good spread and different everyday. The service at the dining was incredible. The location was also very good.

Location

1. Breakfast was substandard2. Bathroom had leakages3. Service was not as expected.

the location of the hotel.

The room service was not available at times we wanted. The washroom was very smelly when we checked in. The TV units through out our stay did not worked at all despite of numerous efforts taken by the service staff. This is not expected from such property. Even I have told them that I'm a palatium member of ITC

Location...cleanliness

Hotel is very poor in changing bed sheets, towel replacement, toiletries replacement...

Property was good enough and it was very clean.

The food was not served in the dinning Hall inspire of requesting, we just came 10:05pm at night and we were very hungry.

Staff behaviour is good.

Room is Not cleaned properly, hair in the washroom, towel is stinky, even bed side tables are dirty. For relaxing we tried to use indoor games with kid, but whole game zone is broken, TT table and bat are unplayable, and the carrom board is disastrous.

the dinner was good when you ordered from the menu

shower glass was leaking, room door lock not working, access card not working, cable tv not working

The rooms were clean and spacious.Food was excellent Every staff member is polite

Ntng as such to dislike

Cleanliness

The washroom was flooded after each use..The water heater doesn't work often. You must open the Tap for 5 minutes continuously, to get hot water .

Wonderful property to stay. Very nice and beautiful place very near to the market. Humble staff Beautiful ambience. 100 % recommendable.

Breakfast was good . Location is great

Pick up / drop service for the yatra

Everyone was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the main road so it's exceptionally quiet there. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. Only that we were charged for the refreshments kept inside the room which we weren't told were not included in the booking costs.

The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility that is set back from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area, you feel as if you have arrived in a palace. The desk staff are very polite, accommodating and friendly. I can't recollect all the names but a big thank you to Vijay and the lovely Jugnu for their assistance during our stay.

We should have stayed longer but were only in Katra for 2 nights to complete a pilgrimage.

Amazing property.. lovely suites.. good food but above all super staff..can’t thank them enough

There is nothing to dislike
