Best Western Swing High Katra

Rude staff. Trying to just make money. Made us to pay extra for small kids below 10 and then didn't even provide water or towels for them..

Excellent Location, near to the Railway Station and Market. Delicious Breakfast with many options to choose from.Free Drop to Banganga.

Like - good location and good staffDislike - no bathroom slippers available, mini fridge and tv not working, power cuts kept happening at night.

they were friendly and cooperative and allowed us stay according to our darshan timings. arranged pick and drop. arranged early breakfast when requested

the location

cleanliness. The carpets are dirty and smelly. The linen can be cleaner

Excellent location, cooperative staff, delicious food neet and clean rooms

Linens were dirty, room upkeep was very bad, No toiletries until you asked. Hot water issue, even after reporting no one turnned up. PLease avoid this property. There are many good properties in this area, go for some other.

Great stay in Katra to visit Vaishno Devi temple. The hotel facilities were excellent and the staff quite informative. The restaurant has a good breakfast and there are loads of good eating places close by. They drop you off at the starting point(s) for Vaishno Devi temple and pick you up as well (although I chose not to wait and rented my own auto).

The station is not as close as some of the other facilities so one needs to plan your departure and get a vehicle in advance - not a major issue really.

Great food, friendly staff and central location

Slightly noisy as close to main roadA bit too warm for me

Rooms were not properly clean, heating system was not working properly, room service was terrible. But the service provided at front desk by receptionist and supporting staff that was amazing. Good variety of food and good service in kitchen too.

Heating and wi fi was not working upon contacting many times over the phone for room service to fix it nobody showed up to do it finally I had to go down at front seat to complain.

Location is on main road making it a good choice to stay

The manager at the hotel initially refused to give the room stating that our booking has been cancelled. However, the booking was very much active on Booking.com. He said that we should have provided them credit card details. How can we share the credit card info when the website says no advance payment required.

The room was adequately sized. Breakfast spread was good.

The facilities were very basic compared to the pricing. The fellow occupants were super noisy and disturbing. Despite multiple reminders they didn't stop talking or laughing loudly with their room door open and were smoking inside the room at midnight. The hotel staff didn't pay much attention to the fact that they are making the stay uncomfortable for other occupants

Hygienic and Excellent breakfast .

Bed should have better quality ergonomically mattresses.
