Location, easy excess to the city.

No pool, no breakfast , no Wifi, no good connection.price is bit higher side.

Location was good and breakfast was delicious. All happy with the arrangement. The driver who drop off to the temple was very good and helpful big shout out to the guy.

Requested an additional mattress on the very first day, which wasn't provided which made our stay bit uncomfortable.

Amazing place. Received excellent help from Sumith at the reception. Food was also great. The staff in the kitchen really went above and beyond.

The heating system....the hot water wasn't so hot....so each time that you needed to shower you had to tell them to turn on the heating system which was extremely annoying.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Mumbai The near by Intl. Airport Mumbai (5minutes distance) near by Marol metro station and the staff's are very helpful and honor

Overall, I had a great experience with the Kc Residency. We can access airport, metro station, bus, taxi any time

The rooms weren't clean. Lack of working power outlets. There's barely a wall between two beds in the family suite. THEY DON'T ACCEPT FOREIGN CREDIT CARDS

Excellent location and very helpful staff. They are prompt, courteous and efficient.The breakfast was simple but very good and suffiecient considering all people are here for visiting Vaishnodevi. The pick up and drop facility was very prompt and good and its just a 10min walk to main market

No real negative but there are plenty new hotels in the area so KCR will have to update the rooms a bit eventually

Property not maintained.. rooms very dirty and not cleaned.. staff not at all courteous.. buffet breakfast pathetic.. worst stay ever for a 4 star property.

Large rooms, good location, car service to market etc.

Housekeeping was poor. Room was not cleaned, toiletries not checked. But we got service on asking from reception.

1)Location and view was perfect.2) Garden was well maintained.

1) Too less staff. Only had 2 waiters to cater 20 tables. 2) Buffet and Breakfast was limited. Staff was unable to cate the needs of guests.3) Plumbing was old and water pressure wasn't good. 4) Bathroom Tiles wasn't clean. 5)

FOOD EXTREMELY POOR....VARIETY ALMOST NEGLIGIBLE IN BUFFET...ONE INCIDENT WE FACED : A BABY VOMITED IN BUFFET RESTAURANT... NONE OF THE STAFF CAME TO CLEAN IT... WE DECIDED TO LEAVE WITHOUT HAVING BREAKFAST AS IT WAS TOO HARD TO SIT WITH VOMIT SMELL
