Not upto to the mark, unpleasant

Cleanliness, towels and linen were dirty, mosquito issue, no ventilation in washroom, smell from washroom, no shampoo, moisturiser, water bottle was provided

Location

Both yatra parchi and pick up from railway station was not provided. Even though it was mentioned in the message from the hotel.

Only the location because it’s near railway station and bus stop.

Before our arrival, they asked for 40% of the payment to be made through a QR code. However, at the time of checkout, they said, 'We don’t accept payment through UPI or card—you have to pay in cash only.' It was ridiculous, as we had only a few minutes left to catch our train, and they forced us to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. They clearly took advantage of the little time we had left.

It was a good budget hotel which was decent clean and quite near to all amenities. Staff is Excellent. Very cooperative. You can check in for good value for money.

No kettle and tea kit.

Room is too small and very far (outskirts) from Ticket Counter of Vaishneo Devi Mandir

I have booked for 3 person (triple bed) in one room. But the room can accommodate only 2 person ( double bed) and the room was so small that hardly a mattress can accommodate. Whereas I have paid for 3 person (triple bed), hence the room should have been big. Secondly, the hotel was situated very far from Ticket Counter of Vaishneo Devi Mandir. Overall the experience is poor.

I liked the hospitality and the way the person at reception was attentive to our needs. The rooms were clean. The location is in the middle of Kashmere road and Railway road. It is a 10 min walk from the Katra bus stand. They have power backup and lift.

Everything was good. Hotel could not provide the pickup and drop as the driver was on leaves but they called the auto rickshaw on the phone

They did not provide any heating in the room . The room was freezing cold and We are senior people and felt so much cold when reached to the hotel also they did not know what was my package whether breakfast and dinner included or not he had to find out from his boss this information should be on the desk ready no chance to argue at that time, receptionist made me feel that if I am leing about breakfast and dinner also they need to have some female staff as well, I am a man but their male staff dealing was a bit rough, also they need to provide tea and coffee whenever guests reaches hotel they told me it’s 11pm in the night our kitchen is closed we were desperately needed either tea or coffee when reached to the hotel

Hotel staff is helpful and understanding. Location is also central which is near to railway station and katra bus stand. Rooms are good and clean.

The beds were comfortable.

The rooms didn’t have even the basic facilities like kettle, toiletries in the washroom, the towels were dirty. The housekeeping didn’t clean the rooms in our absence and we came back to dirty room.

Not happy at all

Location was far away from center and it was not even on road. Cockroaches were roaming when we came back after darshan. Almirah n all wood was very old and it was completely damaged.

centrally located near the market, but away from noice polution. Clean n descent room.

Bath towels were not properly washed.
