Staff is good
Location of the Hotel is too far from Katra Centre. Wrong locations shown on the map. Toilets & bathroom is not good. No basic welcome sense.
Not value for money. The staff don’t know and courteous behaviour. They don’t even know hospitality.
Location
Satisfied with the service, Rooms are quite spacious with neat and clean bedding, attached clean bath room and location is approachable.
No dining facility available.
Room condition and staff service.
Okayish property located on the road.
The hotel doesn’t have an in-house kitchen and the staffs have to be coaxed to get food from outside. One can stay here on budget for a short time but with no over expectations regarding services and quality of the stay.
